"We need to take a quick step, before something untoward happens to her, respond quickly Dr. Birla!" The doctor asked as Abhi was in a deep state of shock.

His heart was broken into pieces, his wife and unborn baby about whom he even didn't knew, were in a critical condition.

He looked at the kids who stood at a bit distance, who were looking at him. His decision mattered for four lives and fifth was him, himself.

He turned toward the doctor, he was helpless, he couldn't risk his Akshu's life. He neither was nor is ready for risking her life over anything.

"Go... I'll go with abortion process" Abhi said with tears in his eyes. He looked at his wife who was lifelessly lying on the bed. "I'm sorry Akshu, I know I'm being selfish, but I can't afford to lose you, you're my life, my jaan, my love my everything.!" Abhi muttered in his thoughts.

"Please fill the necessary documents." The doctor instructed Abhi as he left to fill the documents.

Kids too went behind him. Both of them stood quiet behind him.

Abhi fills the details and turns back only to see the kids. He takes them in a bit side and cups their faces.

"Papa! Please save mumma! I won't be able to live without her" Aadu said as both of the twins hugs Abhi and cries.

"Bacha, nothing will happen to your mumma!" Abhi said "and Aadu you don't stress yourself, or else you'll be ill again"

It was half an hour process, when the doctor told that Akshara had regained her consciousness.

"Sweetie, junior, you go, I'll come once I'll talk with the doctor" Abhi told the kids as they nods and hurriedly rushes to the hospital ward when Akshara was sitting. She was badly crying, her eyes were swollen due to tears,

Aadu and Abhir, goes and hug Akshara. "Mumma, we were so scared! But why're you crying? You're fine na? And chotu baby too?" Aadu asked as Akshara's tears stopped.

"Baby is fine...? My baby's fine!" Akshara said as she rubs her tears.

The kids weren't told about abortion meanwhile, Akshara stopped believing this.

On the other side,

Abhi was broken, went to his cabin, he couldn't even show his face to his wife. He couldn't save their child, he'd to choose between one of them.

"Why Mahadev why? Why can't you stop taking my tests!? My Akshu, she won't be able to take this! - No! You don't! You don't exist for me! I'm done with everything! Now I won't be dependent on you anymore" Abhi said as he stood up "I can't waste my time like this! Crying and complaining, because this is what I did for my entire life! But now, I'll focus on my kids and Akshu and just on them" Abhi thought as he stood up.

He was going to them, when a voice came as he stopped. "Abhi!"

It was Akshu, she wasn't sad, but had a smile, Abhi was confused, as she came near him, her hands on her belly.

"Humara bacha, I wanted to tell you this so long, but this is the best time, we're going to have a third kid! I didn't went through abortion? That grumpy doctor lied to me, right? Aadu told that the kid is alive" Akshara said as Abhi takes a deep sigh "haina?" She asked with a smile while he nods negatively cupping her face

"Humara baby.... Nahi raha" Abhimanyu told as he cups her face, her smile falls, as she move away from him

"Akshu...." Abhi said in a small voice while Akshu leaves a small chuckle, showing him his finger

"F*** off" Akshara muttered as Abhi looked at her with tears in his eyes

"Akshu what are you saying?" Abhi asked sadly

"F*** off from here! That's what I told" Akshara said as she picks the chair and throws on him, to which he survived from just a few inches "and never show your f***ing face again to me! Never"

"Akshu, you're not even realising what you're saying to me, listen to me jaan-" Abhi said as he was trying to calm her as he came near her but of no use.

"Stay away! JUST STAY AWAY FROM ME!" Akshara asked as she runs away.

"Akshu!" Abhi ran before her.
