Hazel POV
"Bye Hazel," said my co-workers with a smile.
"Bye guys and goodnight" I wave my hand to them with a sweet smile. It's a tiring day but it goes well, very well.
I saw the clock and it's around 11 pm quite late but it's okay since I am the owner of this place "HA" with a wink. I checked everything one last time before leaving. I pack my bag and I'm ready to go. Ops I forgot my phone silly me. I check my phone and bam so many calls and messages "Aah" and it rings again.
"Hel..."
"Where are you girl I've been calling you so many times and why aren't you picking up your phone?" said Madelyn angrily.
"I"
"Why aren't you saying anything? Hazel, are you okay? I'm coming" she said urgently like she was ready to leave.
"Wait, I'm okay and I'm on my way home, Chill girl" I started the engine and connected my phone with Bluetooth.
"Then why didn't you say anything I'm freaking out here," she said very irritatedly
"You didn't let me speak, and by the way, what are you girls planning about and for your information, I didn't read any messages, it's around 300+ so you should tell me,". Ahhhh I hate the red light. I stop the engine and right now my focus is on Madelyn's voice.
"Well, we are planning a small vacation which we need. It's been a long since we went somewhere together and a small vacation didn't harm us or our work, what say" she said with excitement.
"....."
"Hazel you there"
"Yeah, I'm just thinking what should I pack or should I go shopping"
"hahahhhhahah" we laughed
"Okay okay let's meet and decide when to go and where to go" Excitement filled her voice and I was so happy. She needs the vacation more than us.
"Hazel you listening"
"Yeah yeah okay let's meet tomorrow then"
"Okay, goodnight Hazel"
"Goodnight Madelyn" After 10 more minutes, I reached home.
"Finally"
