chris and lola sat on opposite end of her bed, facing eachother. they were in sn awkward silence, neither of the two knowing how to start. they both know their relationship was obviously something more than friends, but they didnt know how to express this or how to even go about it. things had to be discussed, boundaries set and also an aknowledgment that it wouldnt be easy. the media really likes to gossip and ruin things, so it was gonna be hard.
"okay so ignore how bad this is going to be, but one of us has to start, so im starting." lola finally spoke up," i like you. and you like me too, well im assuming that you do, it is kinda obvious. anyways, clearly we arent just friends, theres something going on here. i mean like, we did kiss... a few times; and now we're awkward. also the amount of heavily flirting with eachother was insane. so, we need to like establish what we are. like what are we doing, relationship wise?"
chris listened intently, before he spoke, "yeah i agree, i mean youre not wrong cause i do like you, and you literally wrote a song about me so i'd hope that you have atleast some feelings there-" "wait what? you know?" "yeah nick told me." "oh im gonna kill him" "anyways.." "yeah sorry, continue."
"okay so, we definately arent friends, like you said. i mean i dont want to be just your friend, i want to be more; and, to kiss you whenever i want... and stuff" he trailed off at the end.
"me too... and stuff."
"so, uh- can that happen? can i be your boyfriend?" chris stuttered, whilst a smile grew on lolas face. this was the moment she had been dreaming about for months. it was finally happening.
"yes. absolutely!" she tackled him into a hug, chris narrowly avoiding bashing his head on her wardrobe. "we're dating now! ahh" she squealed, earning laugh from the boy, who reciprocated the hug by wrapping his arms around her back.
