CHAPTER TWENTY

I really thought killing her would be hard, thought I would have to go through so much stress. Only now it turns out that my dearest friend is interested in killing her too.

It's sad how she has so many enemies, of course I don't pity her. It makes my job way much easier. I leave them to do the job of killing her then I kill them, without them even knowing what hits them.

“Are we just going to let them do what they want?” the mistress growls, pacing up and down the place. I roll my eyes in annoyance.

“Mistress, why stress yourself when we can just let them kill her then we kill them” I say smirking lightly. She pauses, turns slightly to me and smiles.

“You are so smart” she gushes, resting her head on my chest. I stroke her hair slowly.

“Let's just wait and watch” I say smiling.

“What if they don't get to kill her?” she questions with raised brows.

“Of course they won't, they have little knowledge on what she is” I chuckle lightly as she runs my hair.

“So why let them?” she snaps.

“They may not succeed in killing her, but they will succeed in causing her immense pain”

“Hmm very true” we both laugh in pleasure.

BACK AT SCHOOL

I seriously don't get how she eats so much, and don't even add a single weight. I stare wide eyed at Cal who can't seem to get enough of the pasta in front of her.

“Seriously Cal tune it down” I groan a little. I can't help it, she eats too much.

“ I like her, she is the most amazing friend you have though” chirpy chirps, rolling around in my mind.

I roll my eyes at her, she talks a lot urrgh.

“Hello My dearie” a voice slurs in my head.

What animal is now?

“ I am the chameleon” the voice says, I can't even see the animal.

“ Oh yes, I can go all invisible even to you” the chameleon mutters. I roll my eyes, chuckling lightly.

I will find time to give all of them names, I hate calling them animal names.

“ Who is that hot guy?” Kimberly asks, her face goes beet red as she realizes what she just said. I laugh a little, then turn to look at who she is talking about.

I growl loudly when I see she is looking at Bion. Mine. I growl again.

“Take your eyes off him, he is mine” I scowl, she raises her hand in defeat.

“Sorry I didn't mean to offend you” she gushes laughing awkwardly.

“ He is my boyfriend, so choose someone else” I murmur slightly embarrassed.

Aiden bursts out laughing, he rubs my hair playfully, I want to growl at him only to end up smiling.

“ Stop that” I swat his hand away from my hair.

“ You are so cute when jealous, I wish I could kill him and take his place”, my head snapped so fast to his direction with a loud growl.

“Hey just kidding okay, calm down” he smiles, I relax a bit before nodding.

I smell him before I feel his touch. His mint, lemon scent wafts through my nose stirring uncontrollable emotions inside me. My wolf purrs happily while Grunona just retreats further into my mind. She was there all along, not speaking and now Bion is here she went further into my mind.

“Hello beautiful, why did you run away like that after making me so happy?” he says smiling. I sink deeper into my chair, blushing like never before.

“Let me return the favour sweetie”, his lips is on mine before I even get a moment to breathe.

“Come on guys” Origen whines loudly, stomping his feet. I scoff at his childishness.

“Go find your own mate,” Bion smirks. Kimberly raises her eyes in confusion.

“He means girlfriend” I cover Bion on the fact he used mate instead of girlfriend.

“Yea whatever” he stretches and sits between Aiden and I deliberately pushing him away from me.

“So who are these?” he asks smugly. I roll my eyes at him.

“Well guys this is Aiden and Kimberly. They are new students” I introduced them to my other friends.

“Nice to meet you” Macho says, not bothering to raise his eyes from his phone. Origen smacks his head, making everyone burst out laughing.

“Dude not cool seriously” Macho groans,flipping his hair out of his view before concentrating back on his phone.

“How is Sab coming up?” I couldn't help but ask Tios who is both ignoring us and eating his food.

“She is good, '' he replies shortly. “ I think you should talk to her though,” he adds.

My shoulder slumps because I know she simply hates me and would rather eat chocolate than talk to me. Trust me she hates chocolate.

“So Kimberly tell us, where are you from?” Bion asks, tilting his head sideways as if suspicious of something.

“Well I was told I was born in France but mostly lived all my life around the world. My dad works a lot and has to travel a lot, so since I don't have a momi have to go with him every time he gets posted somewhere new. It's only a matter of time before I leave here and go somewhere else” her tone is sad as if she doesn't like moving.

“You don't like moving with your dad?” Macho asks, finally raising his head from his phone. I scoff at that.

“ He just makes me do things I don't want to do. '' She looks sad, very sad. I reach out and hug her tightly.

“It's okay” I pat her back slowly. She pulls out of the hug and smiles.

“ I am fine,” she smiles again.

“What about you doofus?” I ask Aiden. He snorts then smiles.

“Well I am just a spoilt brat who transferred here to stay with my grandma after getting expelled from my old school” he says, stuffing fries into his mouth.

No one asks any more questions, we just sit in silence eating our food.

The sound of heels clicking the floor gets my attention, I raise my head to look at the cause.

“isn't that Sabrina?”

“Ohhh another set of bullying today”

“Can't wait to see todays hot episode”

“Is Bion going to stand up for her again?”

I growl slowly, I am not going to let her bully me today. I have had enough.

My wolf bares her fangs in compliance. But what she says next shocked me to my bones.

“Melanie, can we talk?” my eyes almost pop out of their socket.
