Amaya:boys lunch is ready
Connor: hey
Amaya:huh where is Greg?
Connor:he left
Amaya:so soon?
Connor:I think something is troubling him
Amaya:oh no(feels bad) and now that's making my Connie feel sad
Connor:(forces a quick smile)
Amaya: let's go inside and talk about it while we have our lunch.
Connor: what's for lunch?
Amaya: potato salad and braai beef sausage
Connor:then what are we waiting for, let's go(cheers up)
Amaya:(giggles and holds his hands)
*They eat their lunch and talk about the Greg situation*
Amaya:wow he sure is going through a lot.
Connor: yeah and all am thinking is that Luna is jealous of you
Amaya:what no Connie, I know that you are worried about your best friend but you can't just say my own best friend is jealous of me
Connor:but Amaya..
Amaya:(interrupts him) no buts Luna is not jealous of me okay!
Connor:(looks at her)
Amaya: okay!
Connor: okay fine she is not jealous
Amaya:thank you (phone rings)huh, who is this?
Connor:(raises his eyebrow)
Amaya:oh it's Anyu(picks up the call) what! Wow this is great news congratulations Anyu, okay I will come see you (ends the call)
Connor: what happened?
Amaya:Anyu is going to have a baby
Connor: what (smiles) this is great news
Amaya:yes so bye
Connor:no no no don't leave
Amaya:I have to, my friend needs me and I have to finish up my assignment(stands up)
Connor:(sighs) fine but I will come pick you up
Amaya:no I need to be home
Connor: come on babe,
Amaya:nope
Connor: please
Amaya: when you're around, I hardly focus on my work so no(enters the spare bed and starts packing her clothes)
Connor:(falls on the bed)
Amaya:let me change into these clothes (goes in the changing room)
Connor:way ago Anyu(sighs)
Amaya:(comes out of the changing room) what has Anyu done(picks up her bag and goes to the mirror to put on some lip gloss oil)
Connor:(mummers to himself) she called you
Amaya: what was that you said?
Connor: nothing (stands up)
Amaya:I thought so(leaves the room with Connor behind her)
Connor:princess please
Amaya:(reaches the door and turns around) I know Connor, it's hard but I have just relaxed with my studies lately and I have to get back in the game, I hope you understand.
Connor:I understand.
Amaya: thanks ( goes on her tippy toes and hugs him)
Connor:(hugs her back) you are welcome
Amaya:(breaks the hug) and I love so much
Connor: love you too. Well let's let's hit the road.
At Amaya's house
Mid night
Amaya: okay I think I have studied enough for the day. I miss Connor so much.(Closes the books and hugs her pillow) and at least I got to see Anyu on my way home.(Notification bell rings on her phone) Huh? a message this time.(Checks her phone) It's Connor, he said good night,aww cute (texts back same to you and falls asleep
