That Hoshina squinting eyes are following me everywhere

Every morning you get up, have a bath, and get change for work, you will see him in the hallway, outside your apartment, and he will greet you with his squinting eyes, with his 'yo' and signature peace sign.

Even in the elevator he would try to talk to you and you just replied to him dryly or not just talk back to him at all.

Even in the cafe on the ground floor, he's there, occupying the seat across from yours, having his usual breakfast every day.

You didn't mind his company, really, but sometimes, when you get angry and he laughs with his cute little fangs out, you couldn't help but melt.

"Coffee again, Lieutenant?" He asked, placing his dishes on the table out of the tray. You noticed that he ordered too much today.

"I'm not usually hungry every morning."
You dryly replied to him, while reading an article on your tablet as you take a sip from your cup.

"It's because your body is already used to it, here." He placed a steaming bowls of rice and miso soup alongside a small plate of grilled fish with a slice of lemon. Next to it, a small dish of natto sat, and a fluffy, rolled omelette.

"What's all of this?" You asked him as he handed you a pair of wooden chopsticks.
"At least have a proper breakfast, I heard that the food in your base sucked. " His smile and squinting eyes were on you, you sighed in defeat and accepted the chopsticks from his hand.
