Grown people are people who have been around longer. They have seen more numbers and fought more wars, that's all. Grown people, too, want to make it home. They wonder if they got it right, lost it, or are stuck in between. Grown people, too, miss their moms.

I have lived just a little more than some, but I still crave my wet feet and bare butt, soaked in wet sand, as I sit at the helm of waters, yet I'm grown.

I crave for my sand house by the sea shore, for the raising of my kid and my Tree. For the dances i did, naked in the rain before the thunder chased me in, yet I'm grown.

I was Saved from a lightening because the thunder lost and I won.

I am today sheltered but see, the grown me peeps still curiously at the outside of sun rays and resonances of laughter.

The rain is over, and I'm back to everything I was before time, I'm so glad..Now, is that dawn of the gradual but consistent evaporation of my grown-ness.

Now I am choosing to sit on a sand, a wet one again.

Now I am choosing to kiss a strangers face. Now from my inside, I am choosing to listen as both sunlight and chuckles call my name.
