It was a dark and stormy night, villagers formed a huge crowd around the guillotine. This was the night that they declared to behead Queen Marie Antoinette. The villagers watched as Queen marie steadily walked up to the guillotine with a bag over her head and with her hands tied by hide her back. Two villagers followed quickly behind her. One of the villagers layed Queen Marie down on a board and then pushed the board forward to where the Queen's head layed under the blade that was swinging back and forth waiting to be released. The villagers all began to chant in unison " THE QUEEN MUST DIE"! The executioner then let go of his tight sweaty grip of the rope that was holding up the blade. The blade fell swiftly and then it sliced right through the Queen's neck. The Queen's head fell limp into the basket that was in front of the guillotine. Blood slowly leeked from both the severed head and the lifeless body. A villager that was standing off to the side pushed a coffin over next to the guillotine and then, he shoved the Queen's lifeless body into it. Everyone cheered that Queen Marie Antoinette was finally dead along with King Louis the 6th. They then all helped carry the coffin to a ditch, to which they had dug hours before the killing of the Queen. They throw the coffin into the ditch and buried it. All the villagers were exploding with happiness. The villagers then decided that they would throw a grand party the next night to celebrate the end of Queen Marie Antoinette and King Louis the 6th.
