Screams started as multiple people were running away with each step can be heard throughout a wrecked arena. Numerous posters and glowsticks are being dropped due to sheer panic and terror spreading at the place. Spotlights are still on but multiple monsters are coming in and they called it, Noise.

Panicking Male: It's the Noise!!

Panicking Girl: I don't want to die! I don't want to die!!

But each scene shows the multiple deaths of audiences being hit by the Noise's attacks even though the Noise only dies along with their victims. Two beautiful girls fought them with one young child watching what was happening, traumatized and could not move at all. But when the Noises' grasps almost caught her, the orange teen wearing armor wielding a glaive destroyed those Noises coming close to the child and she began to yell at her to get out now.

But suddenly the teen was bruised and her armor was critically damaged and the child she was cradling was leaking so much blood. She gently put her down and raised her blade and she started to sing but suddenly she was struck on the neck by someone. All of the people still alive in the building only saw a cloaked person with a hood holding a white USB.

???: HENSHIN!

His shout erupted throughout the whole city as power started to flow to him and his golden eyes looked at his enemies and everything started to become white light.

Before it happened, let's rewind days ago when a young man can be seen from the outside of the store who has bought enough food to get him home. When he arrived he turned on the light of his house in the dining room. He removed his footwear changing it into his house clothing.

He pulled out the cup noodles from his shopping plastic bag labeled "Lucky Me" and underneath it was labeled JJampong. He opens the lid a little bit and pours the ingredients from small sachets on the uncooked noodles before grabbing the thermos and putting it in hot water and finally covering the lid with a small plate to keep the steam and heat from coming out to cook the noodles.

He goes to the couch and sees the news of Fuuto, of Dopant incident involving a giant flaming Dopant who names himself Kamen Rider Core. When in reality, according to the woman named Akiko Narumi, it was only just a knockoff of their city's protector, Kamen Rider W. Of course with the help of a new Kamen Rider named OOO(Oz).

He just turns to another channel containing entertainment and games on a TV show as he sees a picture of a beautiful woman alongside it is a single frame of multiple people with the same woman in the group and the leader of the group is a Kamen Rider bearing a cloak.
