He was the son of a former NEVER mercenary named Reika Hanehara. He was born in Fuuto City before her mother was recruited in the group after her death and was abandoned in the care of the maid.
But after the whole Fuuto City maid discovers about him and his relations to his mother, she leaves him with no one to help him throughout his whole childhood and his high school life. But due to his body having Necro-Over abilities, he can't die like normal. Because of this, he was scarred for life until he met the two Kamen Riders of Fuuto; Double, and Accel who told the truth about his mother's past and what she had done.
He now tries to live as a human just as he heard her mother's last words after failing to bring Daido back to light and told Shotaro to take care of him. He knows this ability of a Necro-Over will fade away as time passes by so he needs to live up to his best.
Personality
A selfless yet kind and determined person behind the cold look on his face. However, he inherits her mother's attitude a bit by implying sarcasm and Daido's original traits a gentle child with an affinity for music and others are his Necro-Over personality; sympathy and yearning for companionship.
Abilities
Necro-Over capabilities: Due to having Necro-Over abilities came from his mother after she became a Necro-Over. So as her blood flows through him, too does her Necro-Over ability. However the Necro-over affected him differently through his willpower. Instead of being damaged after being bruised or battled will require a dosage for replenishment, he will come back immediately without needing a dosage.
Multiple wielding: He has learned different weapons and wields them skillfully with the help of the Gaia Memory he holds.
Hand-to-hand combat: During his time with Terui, they often spar to train his hand-to-hand combat. Now he has adapted it during his college exams and training in some seminars.
Legendary Rider Knowledge: By acquiring the power of all Gaia Memory of each Legendary Heisei Rider merged into the Eternal Memory, he gained knowledge of their knowledge and how their powers work. However some system of the Rider's power will be based on how he had pressed the button on his Maximum Drive slots.
