Background: During the Hiinatsuki Dormitory was attacked by dozens of impurities that appeared from Magano, and the 18 Exorcist Cadets that were there died. Tragedy. Turns out it wasn't the impurities who attacked it was Daimaou and his Yokai army corps who did it. They were in unsealed out of the door after being defeated by the Kakurangers. Daimaou killed all the people and kids in the Dormitory incident he saw Kenji was still alive but thankfully the first Ninja Red (Sasuke) was there and saved him. After the incident Kenji trained harder to be the next Ninja Red to fight off the Impurities and fight the army of the Yokai army corps.

Background: Tsuruhime's only daughter Tsukuyomi is the next Ninja White after her mother. After hearing about the Hiinatsuki Dormitory incident and knowing that the Yokai army corps was behind it and not the impurities. She became the leader of the Kakurangers same like Tsuruhime did in the past. She had a showdown against Adashino Benio that time but she won against her. Benio saw that she learned all ninja art styles from her mom Tsuruhime.
