EARLY IN THE MORNING, NADIA was sitting at the breakfast table flipping through her repertoire trying to find the perfect song for the school musical auditions. Brittany had told her that they were putting on Hamilton, which was one of her favorite musicals. She used her time away from the New Directions to find the perfect song to sing for her audition. She was auditioning for the iconic Angelica Schuyler.
Nadia also heard that Shelby Corcoran was back in town and starting a new Glee Club. Sugar Motta's dad asked Figgins to hunt her down in New York so she could start a new Glee Club since Mr. Shue didn't let Sugar in the Glee Club. Nadia thought about going to try out for Shelby's new team since she was no longer in the New Directions after the way Mr. Shue treated her for the last two years. She was going to think about it for a little while before she decided anything.
It was obvious that Rachel and Kurt were going for the leads as Alexander Hamilton and Elizabeth Schuyler for extra credits on their NYADA but Nadia heard that Mercedes was going to audition for Eliza as well and Nadia could see her being Eliza in the show and it was about damn time that Mercedes was getting what she deserved. They would make great sisters in the show.
Flipping through the pages in her book of songs, Mabel entered the dining room with Nadia's breakfast. Mabel sat down with her food and orange juice in front of the young girl, peeking over her shoulder to see what she was reading. "Here's your breakfast, baby. What are you looking at?"
Nadia sipped her cup of tea. "My repertoire. I'm picking a song for the auditions. We're doing Hamilton and I'm auditioning for Angelica Schuyler."
Mabel pulled the chair out at the table and sat down with Nadia. "That's wonderful. But I thought you quit the Glee Club."
Nadia nodded after taking a sip of her orange juice. Mabel was the only other person besides Santana that knew she had left the Glee Club. "I did but I can still audition for the musical. So, it's going to be fun."
Mabel nodded in agreement. "So have you told anyone else that you officially left the club?"
Nadia shook her head. "No. I'm not going to either."
