"Well, for one, some are there for the show while others are there for the loving feeling of the pub," Sylvia stated, unsure of Brooke's views on things. Brooke still seemed confused, everything flying over his head.

"Is it a stripping club?" Brooke asked, thinking.

"No! It's for a community," Sylvia rubbed her face.

"Oh! For drag?" Brooke asked.

"Yes," Sylvia sighed.

"Ohhh... I'm sure my friend Robert knows about it," Brooke thought aloud.

"Robert? Is that the drag queen?" Sylvia chuckled.

"Yeah. We exchanged numbers, and when I had a mental breakdown, he paid for all my drinks. Well, I paid him back later, but the fact he paid for it in the first place meant a lot," Brooke spoke kindly of him, smiling.

"Robert is a sweetheart," Sylvia smiled.

"He is... He may work between clubs... not sure. I think he said they classify as skits, so they can get away with it to the public eye... Maybe not... I was so drunk..." Brooke sighed.

"I mean, crossdressing is normal British humor here. Have you seen Monty Python?" Sylvia chuckled.

"I haven't. I've heard of it?" Brooke thought aloud.

"It's good," Sylvia chuckled.

"I'll watch it sometime," Brooke laughed, smiling. "I've recently been really liking Sesame Street. It's so sweet... plus I've heard good things about Jim Henson. I want to find a way to somehow get my daughter to meet him. I'm trying to find a way to eventually get her in the crowd... I'm sure my dad has enough connections," Brooke laughed.

"Let me get my manager to ask around too. Her dad has big connections," Sylvia offered.

"That's too kind..." Brooke laughed, as the door suddenly opened and Brooke gasped, rushing up to grab it before it shut again.

"I think I just found a new fear," Brooke muttered.

"Could've been worse, it could've broken, and we plummeted with it," Sylvia blinked.

"Oh, don't say that!" Brooke looked over at her anxiously, breathing out.

"Just stating facts. Like my brother's girlfriend always says, 'Think of your worst so you're at least prepared,'" Sylvia shrugged.

"I'm more of a hope-for-the-best-and-avoid-the-worst kind of person," Brooke muttered.

"You can still hope for the best but always think of the worst," Sylvia stated.

"What could we even do in that situation by thinking of the worst? We'd just die," Brooke laughed nervously.

"Hm... guess you're right," Sylvia chuckled.

"Well... it was nice talking to you, Sylvia. We should grab drinks sometime," Brooke smiled innocently.

"You too, Brooke... Hey, Queen is playing on Friday if you're not doing anything. They're really good, man," Sylvia offered.

"Yeah, of course! I think I've found Aubrey a babysitter. Assuming that works out, I should be free," Brooke smiled. "I'll let you know if that changes."

"Perfect, see you then," Sylvia winked before walking off to PJ's office. Brooke, slightly flustered, laughed before walking off to his office, sighing and setting his briefcase down.

**Later that day...**

Brooke arrived at the daycare from work, picking up Aubrey and smiling at her.

"How was your first day?" Brooke smiled as Aubrey smirked.

"I have a friend," she said, as Brooke's smile grew instantly. The amount of relief he felt was almost astounding.

"Really? What's her name?" Brooke asked excitedly, as the two walked hand in hand down the sidewalk outside the daycare.

"Lia," she smiled. Brooke didn't realize how stressed out he was about her making friends until now. He was so relieved she had one.

"What did you do?" Brooke asked.

"We colored. I used pink!" Aubrey jumped up. "And I shared it with Lia," Aubrey smirked.

"That's very kind of you, Aubrey. You're a good person," Brooke smiled, ruffling her hair. "We're going to meet your babysitter now, actually. She'll take care of you when I am busy on weekends or after work at night."

"She's my friend. They live in a big house!" Brooke smiled as Aubrey laughed.

"Do they have toys?" Aubrey asked, and Brooke nodded.

"A lot," Brooke smirked at her as she giggled excitedly.
