First of all, the characters. There are multiple characters that are from Lookism and yes, some may act like how they act in the manhwa but some may have alternate in their personalities.

Johan Seong His personality is mixed. Canon and Non-Canon. He usually has a cold demeanor and an eerie aura which his members' fears. He has a soft spotonly for his former best friend, Daniel Park.
Daniel Park His personality is almost the same as the original. Though some traits are alternates. He is a sunshine character, however, he sometimes is a crying mess due to guilt from 'abandoning' Johan Seong.
GD members Idk how all of them act, so they act freely ig?
Gun & Goo Same in the manhwa. Their personalities are a contrast of each other though they do surprisingly have a healthy relationship. They both created the 4 major crews (Owners) And now they think that Daniel Park (MB) can unite the 4 major crews. (which, he can. But he chooses to destroy them, forming his own 'secret' crew)
Four Major Crews(FMC) They have a really big role to this story. Involve with gang fights // War? Or smt like that.(You'd know if you're a Lookism reader)
Eugene A really smart individual and the leader of Ilhaehwe (Workers). Genius of conduct and always have back up plans. HE. DOES. NOT. BLUFF.
Yuseong Eugene's twin. Not like Eugene who's just a corn-man. He fights really well and mainly uses Capoeira (same as Mandeok) He is a Vvip in the crew 'ilhaehwe'
Mandeok Vice-president of Ilhaehwe, He only fights (Not a intelligent man ig?)
Koreas Crew - gives information and news about crews to other crews thought social media.
Plot: Two best friends that are apart from each other meet again.. But One turns evil though still feels emotions whenever he thinks of 'him' And One loses hope and gives up on waiting for the other... But.. did he? {wait for the future chapters.}
