"beomgyu hyung. I miss you. I really miss you. so please, don't leave me now"

"don't leave you? you're the one leaving me taehyun. amd stop haunting me. I want to live a normal life. I don't want people to think I'm crazy"

"but I'm not haunting you. I'm alive."

beomgyu slowly turns his back to look at taehyun. those doll face, boba eyes, and those smile. it really look like taehyun. beomgyu slowly walking closer to taehyun. he started touching the younger.

"taehyun? are you.. really alive "

"yes hyung. I'm sorry for hiding"

it feels so real that beomgyu couldn't differentiate between reality or hallucination. beomgyu didn't want to overthink. seeing taehyun in front of him now is enough for beomgyu. beomgyu who was feeling glad quickly grab taehyun and pull the younger into his arms. with taehyun fitting in his arms perfectly,beomgyu hug him like there's no tomorrow.

"where are you all this time? why are you peeking and hiding from everyone? because of you everyone think I'm sick, crazy, hallucinating. but I swore I saw you taehyun. and it's real..taehyun has finally come back"

"mianhae hyung. I- I don't have enough courage. especially when everyone think that I'm already dead."

"it's fine taehyun. go ahead and tell them. it's really fine. even if you've been considered dead, people will surely believe that you're alive when they saw it with their own eyes"

"hyung..give me some time. please.. one day I will let the whole world know that kang taehyun is actually still alive. but not now. I- I'm just not ready"

"of course taehyunnie.. I won't force you.. but taehyun-ah, promise me that you'll never leave me again"

"I won't.. I promise.. and since I promise that, you should promise too that you won't try to do suicide attempt again"

"promise" beomgyu was definitely feeling better. those crazy smile could be seen again.. just by taehyun existence, beomgyu could change a 360° .

"hyung, let's keep this meeting a secret for now. they don't need to know. ok? "

"yes taehyun. I understand. I promise to keep my mouth shut"

just like that, beomgyu has become normal again. some people have forget about the hallucinating issue. beomgyu look like nothing has ever happened before. like absolutely nothing. some people even thought he loses his memories.

beomgyu might look normal in front of everybody else but he's been hanging out with taehyun on the rooftop every day during recess or after school. they finally get to spend more quality time even if it's short. how great the power that love holds..

"taehyunnie, do you remember our call before the day you went missing?"

"of course.. how could I forget"

"you told me you love me back then"

"goshh.. that's so embarrassing.. cuz the time was so random and awkward and stuff.. oh my gosh.."

"do you feel the same way now?"

taehyun didn't reply immediately.. he tooks a few seconds before replying..

"I do hyung"

"then do the proper way"

"what?"

"I think now is a right timing.. so do the proper way.. propose to me.. properly taehyun.. ask me to be your boyfriend"
