Thick tension hung in the night air as the trio faced the Light brunette man. Ayzel had a gut feeling that somwthing bad was about to happen. She clutched tightly onto her tote bag as her gaze bore into Zaviyar's tensed back.It happened so fast, Wajdan's men lunged forward in pairs as Arslan fought back with his strength. It felt like an Live Action movie to Ayzel- but her in it. She flinched as one of the men stumbled onto the ground after a boom of gunshot. She looked at the man, his lifeless eyes and pale face, his temple had hole punched by a bullet as she lifted her gaze up and saw little smoke seeping from the barrel of Arslan's handgun.
She inhaled sharply as she felt a rough hand grabbed her arm, yanking her away from the war zone. She struggled so much to get away from the grasp as the culprit yanked her around and her eyes bore into those similar Hazel greenish orbs. Her shalw slipped down from her head as she continued to twist her wrist to get it free.
"Ayzel!", Zaviyar's urgent voice reached her ears as she turned around, only to feel the cold metal of the gun's barrel being pressed against her temple. "Don't touch her, you Bastard!", He yelled at the top of his lungs, his loud rough voice echoed in the area. She felt warm breath on the shell of her ear, sending chills down her spine.
"Don't move, darling or else, you might not survive this time.", she swallowed nothing down her throat as she peered at Zaviyar with glazy frightened gaze.
"Leave her, Wajdan. Don't drag her into this mess. She's innocent.", Arslan stated from a distance as he knocked out the last guy with ease, Ayzel stared at the men on the ground, unmoving and back at Arslan with a hint of Admiration and shook in her orbs.
"She's the one whom I'm fighting for.", his words made her grimace as she turned away with a Don't-even-start look on her face.
Zaviyar stormed forward as a click of the gun being cocked back reached their ears. "Now, don't make a move."
Both of the males halted of their spot and looked at us with panic and anger. "She was mine but you stole her away from me, Zaviyar Ali khan!" He shouted as he gripped tightened on Ayzel's arm, sending astinging pain to her skin.
"You know what you and your father did to her family. You know better.", Zaviyar's voice was laced with calm, despite the storm rumbling in his heart. He can't lose her again, he can't. He'd rather die.
"Stop it and hand over the girl.", he reached out his hand in midair as his sharp gaze landed on Ayzel, who was clueless of why she was even involved here. She shuddered unknowingly as another rush of deja vu washed over her like a ocean wave.
"No.", his tone hardened with stubbornness as he pressed the barrel more against her temple, making Zaviyar's heart ache with a gush of protectiveness and worry. "If she can't be mine, she can't be anyones.", his finger hovered above the trigger as Zaviyar's eyes widened.
"No/Stop!", both of them shouted at the same time as Wajdan chuckled, as if he's enjoying to toy with her. "Remember what my dad did to your parents, boy?", his voice was directed to Arsaln whose fists clenched by his sides, his knuckles white from hwo hard his fists were tightened.
"Don't.", Arslan's voice trembled slightly as he glared at the guy. "Don't you dare bring that up.", he seethed as he took heavy steps towards the duo.
"I might want to remind you-", his words cutted off by another gunshot ringing in the air, Ayzel hunched down the ground after Wajdan'sgrip loosenedon her arm, her hands above her ear. "Please stop", her soft voice whispered out as her shaky hands covered her ears.
Wajdan was clutching onto his bleeding thigh as Arslan lunged forward and grabbed him by his throat, pulling him up. "I think I'll have to take my revenge tonight.", his voice laced with hidden pain and fury.
