Chapter 6: Phenix Academy and The Powerful Twins

Morning has arrived and the twins were on their way to Phenix Academy for their first semester. "Wow Jason, I never realized how big the school was." "Really? We were here for the entrance exams, and you just realized how big it was?" "I guess I was just anxious whether I passed or not." "So we'll both be taught in Earth Magic, for the first semester." ["apparently each semester which is about a year long, only teaches you magic you haven't learned, since Liz and I both know Light, Dark, Fire, and Water magic, all we have to learn is Earth, Wind, and Null magic, which means we will be at this school and it's dorms for three years, normally it should be four, but our case is special, also even if you don't have the aptitude for the magic, there are still ways for you to use your own magic alongside another one, let's you can't use earth magic, but you can use fire, the school will teach you a subject in earth, because if someone uses sand with earth magic, you could use fire to make glass, for like decorations, dishes, or even a window."] After that the twins went to get their uniforms that were made with a special type of light magic to prevent them from getting damaged and dirty.   ("So this is the class for Earth magic? It looks kind of small.") "Good morning everyone I'm going to be your teacher for this semester, I'm Professor Chikyū."

   Though Jason had an aptitude for Earth magic, the only thing he can do with it is make a small pebble that he can launch "Alright class for our first lesson of the semester I'll be teaching you why we use Earth magic, and even if you don't have the aptitude for it, you can still learn new things about other magic users" said Professor Chikyū. After some time Professor Chikyū took the students outside to the academy's field, he then showed the students that with Earth magic people can make houses by making the walls out of bricks, and together with Fire magic users, they can make glass for windows. "Magic users must work together to make a growing economy, if they don't, then disaster can strike." ["apparently Earth magic can also grow plants, together with water magic users plants can thrive."] "okay students, I'm going to need someone who has an aptitude for Fire, and someone who has an aptitude for Water magic." Now, when I start to make sand, I would like you to use your Fire magic, do you know how to control the temperature of it?" "No sir, is that even possible?" "Absolutely, and to control the temperature of the flame, you would need to adjust the power you put into it, for example, the more power and energy you put into your Fire magic the hotter it'll be, and the less power and energy, the weaker your Fire magic will be, so I would like you to put as much power and energy into your Fire magic so we could potentially make glass with the sand from my Earth magic.""Okay." ["so I put as much power and energy as I could in a basic flame and I held it close to the sand that Professor Chikyū casted, and I successfully made glass with him."] "Good job, you see how wonderful two magic users can be when they work together?" "Yes sir." ["Eventually Liz starts to pay attention because she was interested in the flowers that were being made by the second magic user who was after me, by using water mixed with Professor Chikyū's Earth magic. After class Liz and I went to check on our new dorm rooms"]

    "Why do we have to have two separate dorm rooms?" "I'm not quite sure, it's just the rules." "But we've never been apart all our lives." "Well Liz, some things change, whether it's for the best or not." "Aw, but I don't want things to change." "Liz, at least try it out, because you're going to have to get used to it, because we're be staying in the dorms for about 3 years." Liz then pouts "okay fine, I'll try it." They then went into their separate dorms, however once Jason went into his room he noticed something on the ground "huh, what's this?" He then picks it up, "A letter?" Jason then proceeds to open the letter, it reads |"dear, newest member of the school, do you want to learn some forbidden magic...? If so, go into the school's basement after dark, to learn about the arts of Dark Magic, some of our members have found out that you have the aptitude for it, therefore we want you to be our newest member."| ("Interesting, I might check this out, obviously I'm not going to join, because it is forbidden, but it does sound intriguing")
