Sophie opened her eyes that she didn't even remember closing.
She looked right into Elwin's eyes
"Ahhh!!!"sophie screamed.elwin covered his eyes and grit his teeth."I thought you couldn't hear me?"
Elwin looked at her "are you ok, sophie?"
"Yeah, totally it's so fun being back alive"sophie said sarcastically said.
Elwin frowned"you were never dead"
"Yeah then why am I in this bed?"sophie challenged.
"Cause you passed out"Elwin challenged back
Sophie struggled to find a good insult for Elwin"you're wrong........I was dead"
"No you were having a nightmare"Elwin said In a trying-to-be-calm tone
Sophie nodded and pouted.
The nightmare felt too real to be fake but maybe it was a vision of the future....Sophie knew visions weren't real but if elves were real and flying-with-light-kinda-thing was real then visions were probably real too.
"A visitor is here"Elwin said.sophie blinked that's when she realized that she wasn't blinking.
The door opened to find two people, one woman , very good looking.and a man , handsome.
Sophie couldn't help noticing how good the man smelled, or how sharp his jawline looked.his shoulder was very sharp and-
"Sophie, I know you don't remember them but they are your adoptive parents, Grady and edaline"Elwin introduced quickly, sophie was pretty sure he could see the way sophie looked at Grady.
Sophie nodded"when are we going home"
"Right now"Grady said, even his voice was nice.
Sophie nodded and got up and followed Grady and edaline.
"Wait!"elwin screamed"I have to give sophie her nexus."
Elwin got something from his pocket. It looked like a fancy bracelet.
"You wear it"Elwin told sophie as he slipped the compartment into her wrist.
"Hold on to my hand"edaline told sophie.
Sophie tried to move to edaline but Elwin wasn't done.
"Sophie, come here"Grady told sophie
Sophie raised both her hands in distress"i can't be three places at once!"
All the adults in the room mumbled their "sorry"
And sophie nodded and Elwin was done.
Sophie went between edaline and Grady.
Edaline raised a crystal.
Sophie foster was going home
