The Power of Four: Rewritten [Warrior Cats Fanfiction]

General Information

The Power of Four is a Warrior Cats fanfiction that we began writing together in May of 2023. (The official anniversary of TPoF is May 17th, by the way!) It centers around a prophecy for four kits of the ShadowClan leader, Toadstar.

Chapters in the PoV of Maple and Amber are written by Flingring (he/she/they in preference order) (@flingring).
Chapters in the PoV of Pine and Willow are written by vivlz6670 (he/she/they) (@vivlz6670).

The authors are the respective owners of their individual characters. We will be crediting the appropriate author with each chapter, but sometimes there may be overlap between the two. For example, an amount of vivlz6670 chapters were finished by Flingring and some Flingring chapters were edited by vivlz6670. Proper credit will be stated.

All cover art was illustrated by vivlz6670.

Universe

YOU DO NOT NEED TO READ ALL OF WARRIOR CATS TO UNDERSTAND THIS FANFICTION! Warrior Cats knowledge up to the first arc is enough to know what's going on.

The Power of Four does not take place in the canon Warrior Cats universe! While certain figures like Mapleshade are passed down as legends, The Power of Four does not directly branch off of canon series events. 

Some differences in the Power of Four universe exist:
- Two-legs are nearly nonexistent
- WindClan has more complex medicine systems where all cats of the clan are expected to help out but only a few cats specialize in the area
- The Power of Four takes place in the Forest Territories, but SkyClan still exists and is a prominent clan with its own territory
