I was finishing up my hair for the Winter's Ball. My sisters and father had left already and the wagon was here for me already, as the maid was finishing up my bow. We had left and got to where the ball was being held, I met with my family. Peggy gasped "Y/N! You look so pretty!!". Angelica and Eliza said the same, as my father hugged me. And we walked in. Everyone turned towards us. As my father told us he'd be talking to Washington.
Burr's POV
"Yo, if you can marry a sister you're rich, son." I said to Hamilton "Is it a question of if, burr or which one" Alexander said to me as he looked over to them. Only looking at Angelica Schuyler. So I left him to talk to Washington by the stairs.
Y/N POV
Me and Peggy walked around for a little as my sisters were dancing around the room, But that was when I saw Lafayette and my heart went boom. I was trying to get his attention but I gave up so I told peggy "Hey..This one's mine" and I point my head towards Laf. She smiled and went over to him.
Peggy's POV
"Hello.." I said as the tall man turned around, "Oui?" He said. "Follow me" I said as i grabbed his arm and dragged him to my sister..
"First a francophile..Now a French guy." I mumbled as i glance around looking for the soldier with freckles.
