01: 「𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬」

[Second pov]

"Stand up!" The class rep says,as all the students stands up and bow to the teacher.Its another boring day in school for you as a 1D student,and the teacher writing information that's nonsense to you isn't helping.

You sat in the corner of the classroom,which is perfect for slacking off.You begin drawing sketches of your virtual crush in your favourite otome game.
As you start drawing the body.you giggle infatuatedly at the sight of his muscular body.When you begin to move lower to draw his lower body.A loud voice snaps you out of your daydreaming.

"Hey you!stand up.the creepy girl giggling at the corner."
The teacher points at you,making you flinch then shakily stand up.You could feel eyes on you,you scan the room full of people.Some even covering their mouth mocking you with their seat mate.The attention and embarrassment is eating you alive.

Empty headed,legs shaking,your hands gripping hard on your skirt.As your teacher questions you which chapter is he talking about.But obviously,you don't even know what lesson is this,not to mention knowing which chapter.As your heart races not knowing what to answer your teacher,you feel your sleeve getting pulled a little.

It's a 'girl' with blue hair and dark blue eyes. She whispers to you saying,

"Chapter 8,Louis XVI."

You nod to her .then say the answer given.The teacher let you sit down.You feel like you just experienced through hell.But thanks to your seat mate.you got through it.

"Thank you...so much,if not for you i would have been in detention again..."

You try to gave her a smile.She smiles back at you so warmly.

"It's no big deal.by the way,are you okay?you seem pale looking and you're shaking a lot...are you sick?"

She asks you with worry.You nervously wave your hands signaling no.

"N-no...it's just that I didn't get enough sleep and-"
'Stayed up playing otome game to get all the endings for your favourite character.'

But you won't say that of course.its embarrassing isn't it?

"Oh,I've actually never noticed you before.whats your name?can't believe I don't even know all my classmates's names after half an year."

She chuckled with a slight embarrassment when she see you instantly stopped smiling and froze.

'She...don't even know my existence...fuck.But it's fine I don't even know who is who in the class anyways."

"It's fine...I'm (L/n)(y/n).you...?"

"My name's Shiota Nagisa.nice to meet you"

"...um so...?"

"Want to have lunch together later...?"

"Sure."

'New friend obtained!wahahahaha!I made 2 friends in a short period of 2 days!so if I can continue making one friend one day,I would have over 180 friends by the end of the year!then I won't be a fucking lonely loser no more!"

You thought excitingly,feeling proud of yourself.

[Lunch time]

You don't need to eat alone in that tiny abandoned club no more cause now you got Shiota.during the walk to the cafeteria.You see Akabane climbing in from the window.

"Akabane-kun..."
"Karma!"

You two said in unison.

"Heh?you two are friends?"
Karma looks at you and Shiota and said.

"...yes?"

You turned your head to Shiota,hoping for her confrontation.

She gave you a nod.

'They...know each other...?'

You looked at both of them,realising maybe you're the third party in here.

You awkwardly stand beside the two as you three walk to the cafeteria.

'I'm so jealous of Shiota...being good friends with such a pretty boy...or maybe...she's his girlfriend??'

You mentally sighed.

As you three got to the cafeteria,you sat beside Shiota,You and Akabane sandwiching Her.

You were eating your rice ball while Akabane and Shiota were chatting.You really want to join in the conversation but you don't know how to,being the awkward person you are.

On the outside,you look like you're just eating lunch normally beside two friends.But on the inside,

'Oh my god this is so awkward...or it's just me that awkward...probably just me.What are they talking about?'

As you were busy in your thoughts,someone cuts you off,

"Hey (L/n),why are you biting on your nails...?"

Shiota asked confused by your actions.

'?'
You look down at your hands.The rice ball no where to be found,only your fingers with some rice sticked on it.

You were too lost on your thoughts to even realise you finished your rice ball.

'Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck!I'm so embarrassing!what the fuck?im embarrassing myself in front of two pretty person'

"Here."
Akabane hands you a napkin.You shakily take the napkin from his hand and wipe the rice off your hands.you hung your head down in not only embarrassment but also flustered from his actions.

'What is this...tingling feeling in my heart?'

You quickly tidy up your lunch box and stand up.

"T-thanks for inviting me to lunch..."

You turn around and walk away from the table fast.

''Hot guy handing me a napkin...cute girl inviting me to lunch...is this a dream?'
