Dad: Hayden get your arse up now and get down these fucking stairs. You have five seconds. Don't make me come up there you little shit!
I ran down the stairs
Hayden: dad can you do my tie?
Dad: no do it yourself you lazy shit. Get in the car now!
Hayden: No
Dad: now Hayden
Hayden: I'm not going to school
Dad: yes you are! Now get in that fucking car now! I swear Hayden if you don't get your backside in the fucking car right now!
He pushed me and i hit my head off the frame of the door.
Hayden: hey what the fuck?!
Dad: watch your mouth
I got in and dad drove me to school
Hayden: dad my head really hurts
Dad: Stop whining! You say one word to anyone and I'll kill you
I got it the car and went into school where my support teacher Archie was waiting for me
Archie: Morning Hayden. Did you have a good weekend?
Hayden: it was alright
Archie: come on let's get to form
Hayden: am i still on report?
Archie: yeah but you're not on red anymore. You're on tutor report
Hayden: okay

We walked to my form room. Everyone was already sat down. I went and sat at the back
Miss Davis: Good morning Hayden
Hayden: morning Miss
Miss Davis: right let's get your planners out please? Have a pen ready to write your information
I put my hand up
Miss Davis: you need a pen Hayden?
Hayden: yes please
She passed me a pen and she pulled up our data from last week.
Miss Davis: okay so find your name and write down your data
Archie: I've already got yours here. Just copy it into your planner

Miss Davis: Exclusions where you've had to stay at home

Miss Davis: after i need to speak to the following students: Sam, Sarah, Hayden, Jorja and Mason
I turned to Archie
Hayden: do you know what for?
Archie: probably your report
Miss Davis: so for the next 15 minutes you have a few options. You can either get on with some silent reading or complete some homework. Hayden can I have a word outside please?
Hayden: but I haven't done anything
Miss Davis: it's nothing bad I promise
Hayden: then why can't it wait until the end?
Miss Davis: because I've asked you to go outside
Hayden: fine
I got up and went outside. Shortly after Archie and Miss Davis were also outside.
Miss Davis: I've had a talk with Mrs Landon and Mr wren and we have all have come to the decision to giving you a time out card
Hayden: what's that?
Miss Davis: if you feel like you need a break you can walk out of class. You must stay outside of your class. If for whatever reason you wander off, it will be reported as truancy and you'll be placed in isolation. Is that clear?
Hayden: yeah. Do I still need to stay behind at the end?
Miss Davis: no it's only to discuss your report but I'll do it now. I've seen a massive improvement in your behaviour for the last couple weeks because of this, your report is now tutor so you're now reporting to me instead of Mr Wren. If your behaviour begins to deteriorate the report will go up to Mrs Landon but if you improve further then we'll look at taking you off report completely
Hayden: okay
Miss Davis: your targets are a bit different this week.
She showed me my report
1) Don't be late
2) Keep hands to self (no hitting out)
3) Complete all work to best of ability
4) No inappropriate language (including swearing)
5) Remain in class (no walking out- don't include uses of time out or if he leaves with Archie)

Miss Davis: one based them off of what you have been getting negative points and comments for
Hayden: oh okay
Miss Davis: we've got until Christmas break to improve or dad will come in for a meeting
Hayden: but what if he has work?
Miss Davis: we'll find a day that works for him
Hayden: urgh okay
Miss Davis: We gonna have a positive day today?
Hayden: maybe
Miss Davis: let's try that again. We gonna have a positive day today?
Hayden: yeah
She gave me a high five. We walked back in the class and I sat down. I was talking to Archie when some girl turned around
Hayley: can you stop talking?
Hayden: can you turn around and not chat to me?
Hayley: im tryna do my work and all I can hear is you talking?
Hayden: does it look like I care?
Archie: Hayden come on let's go outside
Hayden: but I haven't done anything
Archie: I know and let's keep it that way
Hayden: fucking bullshit
I got up and walked out and Archie followed me.
Hayden: we wasn't even talking that loud. Tommy and Freddie were way louder.
Archie: just calm yourself down okay. Take as long as you need there's no rush. Is there anything I can do to help?
I just shook my head at him. We stayed outside for about 5 minutes
Archie: you ready to go back in?
Hayden: yeah okay
We walked back in and sat down. I had my head on my arms that were resting on the desk.

The bell rang and I made my way to Maths. I went and sat down.
Mr Mathews: Hayden you got your report?
Hayden: I left it in form. Can I quickly get it?
Mr Mathews: quickly
I ran out the class and went to my form room. Miss Davis was teaching and I just walked in
Miss Davis: is everything okay Hayden?
Hayden: shit sorry I should've knocked. It's just I left more report and Mr mathews said I could get it.
Miss Davis: Did Archie give you your time out pass?
Hayden: I don't think so
Miss Davis: I've sent an email out regarding your report and pass anyways. Archie will be in your next lesson so ask him and he'll give you the physical pass
Hayden: thanks miss
Miss Davis: we'll have a catch up at lunch. Have a good day
Hayden: bye miss
She gave me my report and I left. I ran back into maths and put my report on his desk
Mr Mathews: what took you so long?
Hayden: Miss Davis wanted to talk to me. Sorry sir.
I was in bottom set but the work was too easy for me. They put me here because of my behaviour. I was 'severely impacting the learning of others'. He gave me a worksheet and I finished it within 10 minutes
Hayden: I'm finished sir
Mr Mathews: hands up Hayden
Hayden: sorry
He gave me a textbook and sat beside me.
Mr Mathews: do you understand how to find the area of combined shapes?
Hayden: I think so
I looked at it
Hayden: I take that back
Mr Mathews: okay so if you look here you have a square and a triangle together so you just work it out separately.
Hayden: so I just do base x height for the square and then base x height decided by 2 for the triangle and add them?
Mr Mathews: yeah. There you go. You're way too smart to be in this set. I'll talk to Mrs Ballard about moving you up a set
Hayden: they moved me down because I'm too disruptive and I affect people's learning
Mr Mathews: but you're not learning in here. This is way too easy for you and I'm worried that after a few weeks you'll get to the point of you misbehaving due to boredom. I know that you've worked hard to improve your behaviour so I'm gonna see if she will give you a trial in a set 3 class.
