Chapter II

LIA'S POV*

I get to my new apartment filled with anxiety and fear. I shut off the engine to the car. I find the key to my new apartment and walk to the door. While walking to the door I see nice green grass and pretty flowers that smell amazing.

I put the key in the door, turning the knob to get the first in person peek of my apartment. Iwalk in and it smelled like a lavender type smell that wasn't too powerful. I walk through the apartment waiting for the moving truck to figure out where I would like to put all of my stuff.

The moving truck finally shows up and the movers start helping with the heavier furniture. I start getting boxes moved into the rooms while I let the big muscular men with their tight shirts bring in the heavy furniture.

The moving truck is all unloaded. I give the movers a little tip and nice cold waters so they can stay hydrated. The hottest one of the movers comes up to talk to me. I instantly notice the fresh haircut with the bright blue eyes and big muscles along with the perfectly deep voice with just enough rasp.

'Hi! my name is Archie i noticed your new around here so i would like show you around sometime" he said with pride in his chest.

"hi i'm Alissa. i would love that." i say back with a warm smile. He began to ask me simple question like where i'm from, why i decided to move to London etc. He ends up staying for another 10 or so minutes until he apologizes for having to leave to go to another job.

I said goodbye to Archie and walked into another room. While I was away he must have came back and had left me his phone number because when I came back to where we were speaking to grab my cold water there was a piece of paper on the counter with the name Archie with a heart and his phone number underneath.
