I finally make it to school and it's much bigger than I thought I quickly make my way to the office to get my schedule I asked someone if they could help me find room 315 for history "Uhm hi do you know where room 315 with Mr Garson is?"I say with a nervous tone in my voice "yess I'm going there too follow me"the girl says really excited "so are you new here,I haven't seen you around?"she says looking at me"Oh uhm yea I just moved here from California,not gonna lie I was really nervous lol"

"My name is Evelyn, you can call me Eve for short"
We make short conversations until we get to class we walk in and find our seats the teacher has placed me next to Maddison so she could help me with the work.
"Hey girl" Madi says looking up at me from her work "yeah what's up?" I say looking confused
"Here,this is from Jeremiah"she hands me a paper and points to where he is sitting I think to myself while looking over at him he is gorgeous his eyes his hair just everything about him is perfect I open the paper and it reads
"Hey I thought you were cute and wanted to get your number and a line at the bottom I'm guessing it's where I put my number so ofc I gave it to him hoping for the better my past relationships were never the best but hopefully this will be different
The bell rings for lunch,Me and Madi head to the cafeteria and get our lunch we are just talking about class and the note when two boys sit down in front of us "BABE" Madi says all excited I assume that was her boyfriend they seem really happy together "omg babe,jere this is Eve" she says introducing me I just laugh a bit a "heh yea hey guys"
"So are you like new or have I just never seen you before"Asher says looking up at me with questioning eyes "oh yea I just moved here from California" Before we could continue I get everyone's number and we go our separate ways
I was in the middle of Math when someone text my phone it was an unknown number

Evelyn-oh ok cool I'll text later in math class rn
Jere-I was actually hoping you could skip class with me?? But I guess not
Now I have to be an idiot for o skip class with a guy but then again I hate math and would do anything to get out so why not

We meet at the cafe and walk around campus just talking about things and somehow got on the topic of family's "Yeah but my dad had left when I was just a little girl ever since then my mom has not liked me and she hates me even more since she adopted my little sister" "dang Eve I'm sorry that's happening" I looked at my phone and class was about over "shit,class is almost over" I say looking back up from my phone "shit let's get you back to class"
