Chapter 22

Niall

I squirmed excitedly in the backseat of the SUV next to Harry. We were on our way to pick up Jen, her dad, and Maddy from the airport. I couldn't wait to hold Jen close to me again. "You excited much?!" Harry says, eyeing my hands, nervously rubbing my thigh. "I just can't wait to see her again. I feel like it has been so long." I tell him honestly. Ginger leans back from the front seat. "You guys are cute together!" she says while winking at me. We pull up into the terminal. I excitedly jump out of he car, and run through the doors. Harry and Ginger follow closely behind. I read the screen, telling me that the plane had landed. We run over to the baggage claim area. Harry stands by my side, watching the people swarm into the room.

We suddenly catch sight of the girls, but before we can run to them, a crowd of girls sprints in our direction. They are shouting out names and taking pictures. Behind them stand a huge mass of media people. Me and Harry run as fast as we can to Maddy and Jen. "Hello love!" I say grabbing her hand and pulling her with me. Harry is holding Maddy's hand, while I hold Jen's. We run thought the airport, and out the door. We jump in the car and suddenly remember that Jen's dad is supposed to be with us. We look around at the girls swarming the car. The driver locks the doors, as the fans shout and bang on the windows. Maddy starts laughing uncontrollably, but Jen looks scared, as she sits on my lap. We had literally just fallen into the car.

"Well it's good to see you." I say laughing. "Quite a welcome party!" she says, still eyeing the crazy girls. "We didn't get our luggage!" Maddy says remembering suddenly. "Oh crap!" Jen says. "It's okay. We can get somebody to go fetch it." Harry tells the girls.

All of a sudden, Jen's dads face is shoved up against the window. We see Ginger hitting people, to move uuso they can get in the car. I scoot back with Jen on my lap, and they pull the door open. Her dad falls in, and Ginger falls on top of him. "Ughhh!" her dad says sighing. We all smile as the try to get up on the seat. "We need our bags!" Jen's dad says. The driver calls the airport to get some security. They also bring out the luggage. They load it in the car, and clear the girls so we can drive away. The driver really steps on it, making good time back to the hotel.

We arrive in less than twenty minutes. I hope that the media will stay away. I don't want to have Jen worried about it. We pull up to the front of the hotel and get out of the car. Harry and I unload the luggage from the trunk. I finally step over to Jen and grab her into a hug. It feels so nice, having her there. I lean down and kiss her softly. "Hey now!" her dad warns us. We pull apart and blush. "Well lets get upstairs to the other lads!" I say holding the door open for everyone. We all squeeze into one elevator and make our way to the top suites. Jen's dad had picked up their keys, in the lobby. We stepped off the elevator. "My room is right here Dan." Ginger says to Jen's dad. We all kind of awkwardly walk away as they continue talking. "We are right over here girls, if you want to come over anytime." Harry says to Jen and Maddy as we approach our door. "Jen yours is right across the hall." I say pointing. She smiles.

I go to hug her again. "It's so good to be with you again." I tell her quietly. Maddy starts to giggle, but Harry stops her with a kiss. Suddenly, Jen's dad walks up, while both me and Harry are... close to our girls. "Well I'm gonna go settle in." he says trying not to look at us. Jen laughs a little. "I'm gonna go put my luggage in there and then I will be over." she tells me, breaking our embrace. "Okay love." I say to her.

I grab Harry's arm and try to pull him away from Maddy. "Why don't you go to your room and get settled in or awhile Maddy?" I ask her. She just starts to blush and nods. Harry pecks her in the lips once more, and she turns to go to her room.

We walk into our room and just stand there. I can't imagine what we look like. We have been waiting for this day for a long time. "I take it the girls are here?" Louis asks us, staring at our love struck expressions. "You bet they are!" Harry tells him, as he jumps onto the couch. I just start to laugh, and sit down across from him.
