We all make mistakes, I know, because I made a huge mistake. I always think of my latest car accident. I was with my best friend, Miley. We were driving home from the mall when at the stoplight, a car never stops, the car goes completley under us. We only had minor injuries, I just had a broken leg, and Miley had a broken arm. The drivers where my friends, Sam and her boyfriend Jake. Jake was playing with the radio when he forget to push on the break. Jake died almost instantley when the metal crushed his head. Sam, had some serious injuries. She has a short term memory that can never be cured, and her ribs were crushed. She slipped into a coma while the doctors where trying to fix her. Flash back to the present. There I am, in my cruches, Miley in her cast, infront of Jake's coffin. Were all dressed in black. I cry and drop a rose on his body. A piece of paper attached to it: Jake, I will always love you, Sam. I had to make the paper and I took one of Sam's handmade roses. I sit down by Blake, my best friend. He hugs me. "I'm going to miss him Blake." "We all will May." said Blake. The funeral ended and I went to the hospital to see Sam. I walk in and see her, awake, but very weak. "Hi Sam." I say. "Who are you?" said Sam. I start to cry a little, "I'm May, I've been your friend for a long time now." I say. "Are you an angel?" said Sam. "No, I am human. You have got to remember me Sam. I am May." I say. "You are May." said Sam. "Yes, I am May. You are Sam." I say. "I know I'm Sam. That's all I really know." said Sam. I start to cry. I think of all the memories she had forgot. Our sleepovers, our parties, meering Jake, our proms and Dances, her family, her pets, oh god..... it was to much to think about. I wipe a tear away. "What happened to your leg, May." said Sam. "I was in a car accident." I say. "With who." said Sam. I start to cry. "My best friend." I say. "Did somebody die?" said Sam. I nod my head yes, as if my voice left for vacation. I cough, "You.... and your boyfriend Jake we're also in the car accident. Your car was the one who caused it." I say. I don't know why I'm telling her this, she's just going to forget it the next day. "My boyfriend? Where is he? Can I see my, "boyfriend" said Sam. "no..... Sam." I say. "But-" said Sam. "Sam, it's time to go to sleep." said the nurse. Sam nods her head. "Bye..... May" said Sam falling asleep. I cry and leave. I walk to my car and go home.
