The next day, Roi was preparing a home cook meal for his little brother Lucas to arrive with his girlfriend. Although Roi found the fact his very innocent brother impregnating a girl very obsurd, he still maintained chill as he wanted to welcome his little brother to his home. In about 9am, someone knocks on his door. Roi immediately went up to the door to welcome his brother.
"Little bro" Roi said as he smiled at his favourite brother
"Roi!" Lucas shouted as he hugged his big brother.
"It's nice to see you again Lucas" Roi stated as he hugs his brother back. Then his eyes were focused on a woman behind her who was awfully beautiful.
"Uh? Is she your girlfriend?" Roi asked as he lets go of Lucas and look him in the eyes.
"Oh right, sorry, Roi, this is Amanda, Amanda this is Roi!" Lucas stated as he looked at both individuals with a smile with a bit of a nervous reaction.
"Hi! Nice to meet you" Roi says as he gives his hand in friendship to his lil' bro's girlfriend.
"The pleasure's all mine" Amanda says as he gives his boyfriend's older brother a gentle smile.
"Oh! Come in! I'm cooking brunch" Roi said as he welcomed his guests.
"Don't mind If I do" Lucas stated as he pulls her girlfriend inside Roi's home.
Lucas was amazed.
"Woah, this is you're house?" Lucas asked as he looked at everything in the house.
"Yeah" Roi said
"This is marvelous" Amanda stated
"It's even better than our place" Lucas said as he looked at his brother.
"Yeah, but I rather be there at mom's house than here..." Roi said as he frowned.
"Why? This place is even better than mom's house" Lucas said as he bragged.
"True, but I just feel home sick and I really missed mom, you and Brock" Roi said as he looked at his brother with a frown
"Aww I feel you too bro, when you left, I felt sad and that's why I went to Amanda's house to process my emotions" Lucas said as he frowned
"Yeah but it ended up having me pregnant" Amanda playfully said as he laughed.
"Yeahh" Lucas said as he smiled in awkwardness.
"Oh" Roi said as he was speechless. He found out the reason why his brother left and went missing for days is because he is at his girlfriend's house looking for comfort.
Lucas clears his throat as he saw his brother thinking deeply.
"What about brunch?" Lucas asked.
"Ohh right, brunch, stay right there and have a seat" Roi said as he made his way to the kitchen to serve his meal.
"Here you go, vegetable salad, lettuce, raw tomatoes, carrots and mushroom soup" Roi says as he delivers the meal to the couple.
"Wow, it's vegetables..." Amanda said as she stared at the food
"Sorry about that, I didnt have time to but actual food you like so I had to use what I had jn my fridge which are these, I'm vegan so I have stocks of vegetables in the refrigerator" Roi states as he feels bad to Amanda
"You're vegan yet you work in a Pork Themed restaurant where they serve almost everything out of meat" Lucas sarcastically said as he rolled his eyes playfully
"Yeah I know right" Roi said as he got utensils.
"Well, its still food so why not?" Amanda said as she picks up the fork and spoon to eat.
The couple both enjoyed the meal.
"That was delightful" Lucas said as he rubbed his stomach.
"Yeah you make a great chef" Amanda said as she smiles
"No, I'm just an ordinary table cleaner and I'm not that great at it" Roi stated as he looked at the couple sitting in his favorite couch.
"No Im serious, why don't you consider yourself a sous chef?" Lucas said as he looked at his brother.
"Nahh I'm not that great at cooking" Roi answered as he remained humble to his guests.
The three had a little chitchat and the time passed by so fast and it was already 8pm. It was night and it was really time for the couple to go home.
"Oh shoot! It's 8pm, it's dark out, it's probably best if you go home now to be safe" Roi stated as he stood up in a worrying style.
"Oh about that, me and Amanda were hpoing that we stay in your house for a bit?" Lucas said as he expects a good answer from his brother.
"What!?!" Roi shouted in shock as he didn't expect this from his brother.
Welcoming them into their home and getting some money is one thing, but staying in his home is a whole new level which Roi cannot process.
"Please brother, mom's house is too cramped and unsafe for us while yours is cozy and safe" Lucas begged for his brother's approval which his brother got mercy for him.
"Fine... You can stay" Roi said as he rolled his eyes
"Yay!" Lucas shouts in joy as he hugged his girlfriend
"But where do we sleep?" Amanda asked in curiosity
"I have a spare room where I keep my old junk, I can clean it up so you two can sleep in it" Roi said as he walks to the spare room
"No bro, let me do it, it's just fair that I do it since you gave us a room to sleep on and you don't have to clean it" Lucas stated
"Oh okay, well, start cleaning while I prepare dinner" Roi said as he walks into the kitchen too but was stopped by Amanda
"On second thought, why don't I do the cooking for now?" Amands stated as she pulls Roi's arm away from the kitchen.
"Are you sure?" Roi asked
"Ofcourse, its the least I could do for welcoming us into your home" Amanda said as she walks into the kitchen.
The whole night, Roi felt like a king with servants. His brother and Amanda were insisting to do the work for him and made Roi really relaxed.
Maybe this isn't bad after all...
