"Gustavo, this song is great." Kendall told him.
"Uh, of course it's great. I wrote it." Gustavo said, when his daughter nudges his side. "And of course with the help of my lovely daughter." Gustavo added, making the teen girl smile. "But the band isn't great. What's missing is the secret rock and roll ingredient." Gustavo told them, which made Maxine groan, knowing what her father is talking about.
"Hair mouse." James said.
"Chocolate mouse." Carlos added.
"Spandex? Please don't say spandex." Logan pleads, making Maxine chuckles. When Gustavo suddenly put his arm around Logan.
"The Bad Boy." The producer stated.
"The ill-tempered rebel with a flair for synchronized dance. One of you has to be it." Gustavo trails out, while James assume it's going to be him.
"I say it's Kendall." He said, as he is now beside Kendall. Kelly winks at Kendall, while Maxine facepalms, knowing the boy won't agree.
"Gustavo, why do we need a bad boy?" Kendall asks, when Gustavo snaps and points at Kelly, making her play a voice record of Griffin.
"Gustavo, it's Griffin. The band needs a bad boy. Bye." Griffin said through the phone, as Kelly is also holding a picture of Griffin.
"Was the picture necessary?" Maxine asks.
"And yes, the picture was necessary, dear Maxine. Okay, really. Bye." Griffin added, making Maxine not expect that.
"He's driving me crazy!" Gustavo screams as he took of his shades. "But he's also right, because the bad boy is a rock and roll tradition." He told them, then went to the halls where there are frames of former bands in Rocque Records
"Notice the back turned to the rest of the band. Bad boy." Gustavo said, pointing at the Boyquake's frame.
"Notice the back turned, the dark clothing, and the scowl. Bad boy." He said again, pointing at the Boy Blast's drama.
"But there can only be one bad boy per group, as learned from the bad boys experiment of '95." Kelly said as she removes a frame that covering the frame of Bad Boyz, revealing they all have their back turn.
"Didn't sell a single cd." Maxine told them as she shakes her head.
"But we're best friends. We never turn our backs on each other." Kendall said as the other boys agreed.
