Chapter Sixteen

Two months later

  Rosemary

  Being six months pregnant and trying to finish school and work has been tiresome and difficult for me. I did get a break for a while, they had let me do online when Charley did what he did. After starting therapy and getting better they told me I had to go back physically. I asked to get extra work so I could finish school early since I do have most of my credits. My counselor said I can focus on the more important credits I need and be done before I give birth. I won't be able to cross the stage until the start of summer but at least I'll be done with all my work and can focus on my son after he's out.

  My phone vibrates in my pocket and I already know it's Rome. I ignore it and finish taking my notes as my last class of the day ends. Once the professor dismisses the class, I pack up my things. My phone vibrates again and I groan internally. "Miss.Frey?" Mr.Sharp asks and I look up. "Yes sir?" After grabbing my bag, I walk over to his desk. "I just wanted to tell you personally how well you're doing in my class. Your work has been phenomenal and I have no issue with passing you ahead of time. I'll hand you my next few lessons early so you can get them done. Once you hand them in you'll be finished with my class. If you have any questions on the lessons email me." He says and I nod thanking him before I exit with a smile on my face.

  Out of the four classes I have to finish, I have three that are willing to let me finish early as long as I get my next few lessons turned in before I give birth. I have to convince the fourth teacher. She's harsh on everyone, I hate her.

  My phone vibrates again and I pull it out of my pocket.

Rome- I'm picking you up after class
Rome- are you feeling okay? You were sick this morning
  Rome- your class ended, is everything okay? I'm in the same spot as last time

As I'm getting closer to my due date, Rome has been very clingy and it's so annoying. He can overdue things and it's driving me insane. I spot his car in the usual spot and walk over. Once he spots me he gets out of the car and walks over to me, grabbing my bag. "Thank you, these books are tiring me out even more." I rub the lower part. "Well thank goodness it's Friday, you get a break and I have a surprise for you." He smiles and helps me in the car.

We get to the house and he brings me upstairs. Rome opens our bedroom door and a lady is standing next to a chair. I glance at Rome with a questioning expression. "I hired her to give you a massage." He smiles and walks me over. "I'll be right here in case you need something and Maria will give you a massage in that chair. I know you can't lay on your belly so I requested this massage chair instead." He explains and I soak it in before hugging him. "Thank you, Rome. I love it." He kisses my forehead and then helps me change in the bathroom, from my shirt and bra into a front robe exposing my back.

I sit on the chair and lean forward, placing my head into the hole portion for my face to rest in. Maria begins the massage and I can already feel my tense body relaxing. "This. feels amazing.." I moan quietly. I hear Rome chuckle at me but I ignore him.

The massage lasts about forty minutes, now I'm lying in bed with Rome. "Thank you for that. I'm feeling so much better." I kiss his lips quickly and he smiles at me. "Anything for you my love."

"And to think, I was going to complain about your clinginess but here you are spoiling me. Be as clingy as you want babe." I smile at him and he fakes hurt. "You don't enjoy my being clingy? Wow.." he fake cries and I shove him away. "So dramatic." I laugh and he tackles me onto my back. "That's not even close to being clingy. I can do much worse.." he looks down at me and I hold in my laughter at how funny he looks.
