Chapter Seven

Shannon pov:

As I was thinking about what may happen I heard my cell phone going off I pick it up to see it was enji by my boyfriend for about a year given or take.So I pick up the phone and said hey my dearest what's up then he told me that he had made restuanted reservations for two.Tonight which to me sound really sweet and romantic also the name of the restuanted was called the moon lily it was one those restaurants.That you need to make reservations a few weeks because this restaurant was well known to few pro heroes.After I had told my dearest one enji that I would be ready tonight at the time he told me which was around seven.Once I was off the phone I left my office the agency I had be running since I graduated from ua.As was heading home to get changed I still knew that my past could easily come out of the shadow if it wished to.When the driver stop at my family mansion and servant open the door for me as welcoming home.I thanked them for all their hard work as I went inside I head to my bedroom which was upstairs.I took a quick shower once I was done I went to my walking closet to see what would be good to wear for tonight.I looked through a few of my evening dress which were a midnight blue dress as well as to other.I finally decided on the midnight blue dress because I knew it was just right of this dinner which was at the moon lily.Once I was dressed I put on some jewelry as well as some light makeup which should go well with what I was wearing.Along with the silver high heels I slipped into just as a maid told me that enji was here from me.

When enji was on his way to shannon's places after he too had changed he knew that his parents still wanted him to go through with an arranged marriage.Of course he said no because he knew this wasn't his parents but rie father who wanted this.After what had happened at the marriage interview which had been interrupted and rei father wasn't happy.That enji todoroki had called off the marriage interview because of some girl who looked like she wasn't apart of the world of rich or should be said well off.But enji didn't care all he really cared about was his love shannon who he was going to ask to marry tonight at dinner.As he made to shannon's family mansion he had no idea of the storm that was coming.Because rei father was going to get what he wanted or so he thought as he had found out about the restuanted where enji had booked.A reservations for two he also was able to get one as well as too hoping that his plan would play out.Meanwhile enji stopped his car at shannon's family mansion and got out a maid came right as he pulled the doorbells rope.She welcomed him as he enter the mansion another maid said my lady will down shortly so he shouldn't have long to waited.Just as the maid left to return to her work shannon was walking down the staircase and enji was couldn't say a word.As shannon look so beautiful that he was left speechless until shannon was down the staircase did he said you look amazing my love.

Enji pov:

As I was on my way to shannon's family mansion after I had gone back to my home to change after doing my pro hero work.I knew my parents were still wanting an arranged marriage which at the time I wasn't against however things.Had changed when I firsted laid eyes on shannon she was amazing and a really bad ass in good way.And there was something about her that I just couldn't understand but her eye said everything if that made any scenes.Now I was going to take the big step with shannon the one I love when I made it home I had the good luck on myside.Because my parents were not home so I got change then left without any prouble as I was on my way to shannon.I had this strong feeling she would say yes when I ask her tonight to marry me.Once I made to her mansion I stopped my car right at the stairs to the front door after I turned off my car I didn't even.Have to pull the door bell rope because maid open the door for me and said that her lady would be down shortly.When I looked up to where the staircase was let say I was speechless shannon looked amazing only once she was in front of me did I say you look amazing my love.

As enji drove them to the restaurant he was nervous about how everything would go,he had planned everything.Out this was something that he had worked hard for when he wasn't on his hero petrol and he had known that shannon wanted to go to this restaurant.And now she was going to be able to because of his family name which had some weight to it was how he got the restaurant reservation.Once they made it shannon was in really surprised that enji was able to get a table at the moon lily restaurant.As enji got out first he open the car door for shannon just like a prince would for his princess.Shannon took his hand as she got out of the car there a car valet at the moon lily as they walked inside the moon lily restuant.Everyone that was there could tell that they made really sweet couple and some swipers that he should ask her to marry her.Which is what enji had planned for tonight when the waiter who was manning the front said how may I help you then enji said I have reservation for two it should torodoki.The waiter said let me look which didn't take long as he said yes please come this way I'll take two to your table which is ready for you.As shannon walked with enji to their table she was even more impressed when she saw rose as well as a fresh bottle for champagne.Along with to glasses this was just the sweetest thing anyone had ever for her this made her blushes.As enji pulled out shannon chair for her like true gentleman would do for the one he loved once he was setted the waiter hand them a menu.Then the waiter open the champagne bottle for them afterwards he poured it into their glasses once that was done.He left to give them some time to decide what they wanted to order from the menu.

Shannon pov:

When me and enji made it to the restaurant I couldn't believe he was able to get a table at the moon lily,this restaurant wasn't easy to get a table because they were booked for mouths.So this amazing as I was going to get out of the car enji opened the door for me just like a prince would do for his princess.This just made my heart pound faster for him as I took his hand once his car was parked when head inside the moon lily.I wish I knew what was going on tonight must be something special because he would never to this if it were normal date night.As the waiter found the reservation for use I could tell there were few people look at us them must thing we make really good couple.Once the waiter found it he told us to follow him to our table when I saw our table which was vase of red rose on it.As well as fresh bottle of champagne on ice along with two glasses for us enji pulled out my chair for me he was truly a gentleman tonight.Once we were both setted the waiter open the bottle of champagne then poured it into our glasses he handed us the mune.Afterward left to let us decide what we wanted to order as I was looking through the menu at first it was a little hard to decide.However I made decide I would order the lobster salad which sound really good to me however I wasn't sure what enji wanted but he must have made up his mind because as soon.As the waiter came back he gave him the waiter his order which was steak well done.Afterwards I told the waiter what I wanted which was the lobster salad once the waiter had our orders.He left back to the kitchen once he was gone I got this feeling like something was up.As I saw enji get up from his set as he told me how much he loved me and how we meet something he would never forget.And that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and no one else I couldn't believe what he was saying.It was only then as he pull out small boxes from his suit pocket just as he opened it.Enji ask shannon will you marry,I promise to make the happiest women ever as tears fell down my face as I said yes a thousand times I will marry you.As enji slipped the ring which was sapphire gemstone set on silver ring it was just so beautiful.We kiss everyone else around us was really happy to hear this as well as see it after we eat our food.I knew two things one I would have to tell my father that I was engaged to enji however I wasn't sure how he would take all this new.But then I remember his parents they weren't really understand people they didn't really like would a understatement they hate me.After all I kind of ruined his marriage interview that day we met which was not something I had planned.We went to his home first to tell his parent and I could feel that this would be fight that would not end well.

After they had long left the moon lily restaurant and paid for dinner,enji took her back to his home to tell his parents.Who were home that night as enji parked his car he took shannon inside his home which was really nice but had cold air about it.Which she knew this all to well from her past life because when itachi told his parents that he loved shannon.Well things didn't end well his father demanding that itachi end things with shannon at once however she remember what happened.Next itachi said he wouldn't never do such a thing and if his parents could never understand his decision.However his mother told his father that they should just let him be with her as if they went on like this it would just end with them ever getting to see their oldest son get married.But shannon knew that never got to happen as it was all destroyed by person who had tried to rule the world and failed.Shannon was soon snapped out of her own thoughts as enji held her hand as they walk through the hallway for his home.And they made to the living enji slide the sliding door open as he said mom,dad I have something to tell you that I brought my fiance with me.Now they were happy because they thought it was rei however when enji brought shannon inside the living room.That evening at enji home end with big fight to where enji said he would marry shannon without their blessing.Because he could clearly see they were never going to expected this as he was leaving to see shannon father who might be more happier.To know his daughter was engaged and enji was right as shannon father orochimaru who was in the living room enjoying some warm tea.When a maid came in so to say that the young lady was back and with master enji was with her also they had news to share with him all orochimaru did was smile.As lead them into here I wanted know what this new is as shannon came into the living room things were way different.Than when they were in enji family living room the air wasn't as cold it was calmer as enji said that he had asked shannon to marry him.And she said yes to him now they were there to get his blessing which orochimaru said you have my blessing to marry my daughter.As enji heard this he was happy that at lested they had shannon's father blessing.
