"I didn't know you were so brave or maybe I just forgot" his voice rings into my ears and I turn to find him smiling towards me . My heart jumps to my throat and I mentally tell him to shut up .
"Congratulations" I force a smile even though I'm sweating . To move my focus from his face , I notice somome behind him . A lady with a bag . I somehow feel he sees me noticing so he voices instantly.
"This is for you" Ofcourse he's back to being typical .

Wait a freaking minute!!! Is he pretending to have lost his memories ? Because from where I see he hasn't forgotten being toxic and dominant.
"heer and Saree ?" Siara laughs making me loose my temper. Seriously king ?
"What's wrong with my clothes ?" I place my question across and he bends slightly to answer it .

I can't believe him ! I was so silent for so much time and only this man has a capability of bringing out the worse in me .

"he really went back in time didn't he ?" Siara again chuckles . How can she find it funny ? I totally thought everything was going to be fine now .
"Totally" I state giving him a glare . So now , I have to go through the complete cycle of trying to change him while being controlled by his toxic aura ? "Urghh , I can't do it again"
I turn around but he holds my elbow and a current runs through my whole body ."We'll do it better this time "
I feel like a candle because his words light a flame in the cavity of my chest and I slowly melt looking into his eyes. How can someone so gorgeous, so perfect be so toxic at the same time ? As if everything wasn't enough someone's shoulder strikes into mine making me loose balance and the same person hold me so that I don't fall . I immediately pull away but a shriek leaves my mouth when a hard - hard punch makes the man kiss the floor . King steps forward while all of the guests gather near us . He grabs the man by his collars and punches him away .

"King, that's unnecessary and you're being too --" He yanks my arm away and looks into my eyes with so much rage "when I tell you to do something, you.do.the.thing."
I freeze and my gaze lands on uncle kiaan who slowly nods his head telling me to be quiet.
Earlier I thought I had to deal with the same level of toxicity but this is way worse. I thought this was the happy ending of my love story but looks like there's more to come.
Somebody takes away the man and he grabs my elbow to drag me outside .
"King you're hurting me " I plead while he pulls me in front of him .

My eyes pool with tears , he's not himself anymore "it's you who doesn't understand anything"

His eyes turn wide as if he has never seen me say those words "Heaven" he tries to be as calm as he can "don't say those undignified words baby or I'll fuck in each and every corner of this palace untill you realize your mistake but sadly you won't be able to walk for months"
My face turns red and I also feel angry but mumma calls me so I walk away from him .
"He hasn't lost his memories, he is insane" I utter walking towards the car .
"Glad you know" uncle kavish laughs .
I turn around to see him looking at me with the same serious expression . He means what he said .
From the window I look at him standing outside the palace as the NEW KING .
"He fired the entire council and has taken charge of everything himself . Tomorrow he's going to change the rule book "
He is really not himself anymore because he's now someone he always dreamed of being when he was a child.
