Brothers best friend

I groaned as I slumped into the seat next to my brother. "What wrong sis?" He questioned ruffling my hair. "I'm stressed from midterms coming up." I gushed as I smacked his hand away. "Fair enough." He chuckled.

"Come out with me and my friends tonight.... Please! It'll get your mind off midterms." He added noticing my reluctance. "Whos going?" I contemplated. "Just the normal people, Enzo, Flin, etc." He shrugged. 

Ugh, Enzo. The gorgeous face of the 6'4 guy invaded my vision causing me to zone out. "Earth to scarlett!" Alex said waving his hands crazily in front of my face. "Do you want to go or not?"
"I have plans with Lorelai tonight," "She can come too." He said cutting me off.

"Fine, are you picking us up?" I questioned. "I'm no chaffuer! Im riding with Flin and his buddy theres only room for one more, Enzo can pick you guys up?"

"Okay, I'll call Lorelai." "Shoot." He said glancing at his watch. "Got to go. See you at 7!" He shouted running out the door. Hm i wonder where hes heading off to i thought, dialing my my friend.

"Hey change of plans, we're going to a bar tonight." I said walking to my bedroom, changing the call to facetime. "With?" "My brother, Enzo and Flin. Thats all i know." "You mean the hot Enzo you oogle all the time?!" Shes absurd i thought giving her a disapproving glare. I do not oogle anyone. Especially my brothers best friend Enzo Ricci.

"Okay, Okay. What are you wearing?" "I was about to ask you that." I giggled.

It was 4:50pm so we had a little over 2 hours until tonight. "Come over! We'll get ready together." We agreed and ended the call.

Me and Lorelai have been friends since we
both started at Stonewall University. We roomed together our first year along with our other good friend Elsie who I would've brought along had she not made it very clear fridays were her studying nights. A knock at the door interrupted my thoughts as Lorelai came strolling in. I forgot she lived only 7 minutes away.

"Since I'm getting ready here I assumed I could borrow clothes and makeup?" She giggled already knowing she could. "Come on!" I chuckled embracing her.

The next few hours were spent laughing, and getting ready. It only surprised us when a knock came around 6:30. Who knew Enzo Ricci was an earlybird I thought opening the door to a guy who towered over me by half a foot at least.

"Your lucky we're ready or we wouldve made you wait." I said after admiring him as Lorelai appeared behind me. I felt his gaze slowly go over my whole body before Lorelai went "Lets get on the road guys!" giving me a wink.

I laughed and followed Enzo to his Benz, which -unsurprisingly- is in perfectly condition. "Wow, you need to work on being a gentleman." I sarcastically pointed a finger at Enzo while settling into the front seat. "I think your perfectly capable of opening a door yourself.. Milady" He added tauntingly. Lorelai laughed while i just shrugged and rolled my eyes.

He stared me down making me feel small as he started the car and pulled away from my townhome.
