Kirameki rested on his bed, his eyes staring at the ceiling with his six favorite plush next time to him like always. Kirameki had thought about what had happened last night, what had happened to the beast. His howling voice echoing through his head, the sound of the buzzsaw spinning inside the beast's stomach. Blood gushing everywhere, his organs being ripped apart from the inside. All of it was echoing inside of Kirameki's head like a broken record he couldn't fix. He slowly breathed in and out, all while his eyes continued to stare at the ceiling. With only one thought on his mind.

"Can I do this?" Kirameki asked himself. "Can I.... survive this night as well? Or even the last two nights at all?" Kirameki asked himself, his voice filled with doubt. Each of these nights, each of these monsters, he just barely survives each of them. He wouldn't deny it, he got lucky with all of them. He was lucky enough to throw that screwdriver at Emi, hitting the ground and causing her slip through into the window and fall to the ground. He was lucky enough to find out the stranger's weakness and exploit it, he was lucky that Twixt chan was an idiot, and he was lucky enough that the beast was blind to see what he was doing. Truely, most of his survival came from luck, luck Kirameki wasn't sure was going to last forever, especially for this night and the last two nights.

"Is this possible for me to do this? To survive three more nights by myself with the odds I have?" Kirameki once again asked himself. He honestly wasn't sure if he could, as each of these monsters had their own set of power with so far only one the stranger having a weakness he could use to take them down. Not only that, it seems like it's getting harder and harder. Emi was slightly human, the stranger was a straight monster, twixt chan was annoying until becoming a demonic monster, and the beast was just a demon. So he could only imagine what he had to deal with today.

"Do you guys think I can do this?" Kirameki looked at his six plushies, hoping that would give him some sense of boost. But like always, all they did was stare back at him with no life, to which Kirameki let out a sigh. "Thanks... I guess." He said irritated with a hint of sarcasm. "In all honesty with you guys. I'm not sure if I can keep this up... I'm not sure how I can make it... I'm sure it's even possible for me to make it." He vented to his plushies as he had no one else to vent to. "I wonder what you guys would do in these situations?" He looked back at the plushies, wondering if the people he looked up to, could do any of this, better than he did. Before he could think any further, he was interrupted by his door being knocked.

"Kirameki sweety." He heard his mother from the otherside of the door. "Me and your father will now be heading out. Just be a good boy for the nanny when we're gone, okay." His mother said to him, Kirameki simply stared at the door with no emotions whatsoever. Staring at it for a few moments until softly nodding his head. "Okay mom." He softly said, though spoke loud enough for his mother to hear him. "Good, we'll be heading off now." His mother said as she walked away from the door. Once hear the footsteps fade away, Kirameki looked back at his plush, remembering what he had asked them. Then he looked back at the door for a moment, before letting out a sigh.

"I'm sorry guys, but I need to talk to people who are able to talk back to me." He said to his plush. He sat up and jumped off of his bed and walked to his door. He opened it and left his room and ran down the halls to the stairs, where he saw both of his parents about to leave. "Um, mom... dad." He softly called his parents, gaining their attention as they looked at their son. "Yes son?" His father asked. Kirameki stared at them for a moment, as he thought on how he could ask his questions without sounding like a crazy person.

"Um... do you guys think... I can do anything?" He asked both of his parents, which the both of them looked back with raised eyebrows. "What do you mean by that?" His mother asked. Kirameki felt his heart becoming heavy, as his hands slightly shaking but took a deep breath to calm himself down. "What it means is... do you guys think... that despite how the odds are against me at times. Do you still believe that I can do anything?" He asked his parents once more, to which the both of them continued to stare at him with raised eyebrows. "Such as what?" His father asked. Kirameki paused for a moment as he tried to think on what to say next. He knew he couldn't tell them what exactly was going on because they wouldn't believe, since they didn't believe him when it came to Emi. So he tried to think of something that was more believable.
