"Here we are." Soonyoung said as he put the car in park and looked over at Jihoon who stared at the vintage looking store in awe. The first spot for their date, Soonyoung took them to a music store he drove by a couple of times when he goes to the dance studio.

And since he noticed that Jihoon is into music and literally makes it, he thought that this was the perfect place to start off their date.

"After you." Soonyoung said as he held the door open for the shorter as Jihoon smiled and thanked him as he entered the store, looking in awe. Everything looked so vibrant, from the records hanging on the ceiling from the white strings to multiple instruments and records littering the store.

Jihoon was surely excited to explore the vintage looking music store, he insisted grabbed Soonyoung's hand and ushered them over to one of the shelves. "Look Soonie! They have 'Unorthodox Jukebox' by Bruno Mars!" Jihoon enthusiastically said as he picked up the album carefully and turned it over to look at the back.

Soonyoung watched with steady eyes as he observed how Jihoon looked at the album with delight. Jihoon turned to the taller with a joyous expression on his facial features, "It's like one of his best albums, prove me wrong." Jihoon said with a challenging tone to his voice.

Soonyoung chuckles and threw his hands up in a surrender motion, "hey I never said it wasn't." He vocalized as he smiled at the other. Jihoon smiled back as a soft blush dusted his cheeks and turned his head away from the other.

They continued to look around the music store as Jihoon explained the background of his favorite albums known to man. He also taught Soonyoung a few cords on the guitar and praised the other for how he caught on so quickly.

The ended not buying anything at the music store and just enjoyed looking and listening to the albums. "Hungry?" Soonyoung asked as he opened the car door for Jihoon to hop in.

Jihoon thanked him as he reached for the seatbelt and pulled it over his chest to secure his safety, "and yea I could go for something to eat." He added as he looked up at the other with a soft smile.

Soonyoung smiled back as he felt his heart race and closed the door softly as he ran to the other side of the car and opened it to get in as he pulled the seatbelt over his chest and started the car, closing the door shut.

They drove for a few blocks as Soonyoung let Jihoon control the aux cord to play whatever he wanted. And as predicted, Jihoon has amazing taste in music as he played a diverse of styles of songs.

Soonyoung bopped his head to the beat of the song as he listened intently to the lyrics, "what's the name of this song?" He asked as he lowered the volume of the radio a bit to hear Jihoon better.

Jihoon gasped loudly as he placed his hand onto his chest, right where his heart lays underneath. "Are you telling me that you never heard of the song 'Wish you were sober' by the Conan Gray!" Jihoon asked with shock evident in his voice.

Soonyoung glanced over at Jihoon with a timid expression as he shook his head slightly and looked back at the road. "I only ever heard 'Heather' by him." Soonyoung answered which earned him a scoffed from the shorter. "Typical."

"I know that boba tea shops count as cafes, but does that really matter?" Soonyoung asked as he pulled up in front of the tea shop and turned the car off. Jihoon laughed softly as he shook his head at Soonyoung's silliness.

"It doesn't matter at all." Jihoon said as he got out of the car and adjusted his clothing to feel comfortable once more before following Soonyoung to the door as the taller opened the door for him.

They waited in line as they scanned the menu, "how about a coffee latte boba?" Soonyoung said with a playful glint in his tone as he looked down at the other who rolled his eyes.

"That should be for you mister cafe worker." Jihoon said with a playful smile as they walked up to the counter and ordered what they wanted. After they ordered they walked over to a table in the corner of the shop and sat down.

"Alright, I never truly been on a date so I have no clue what happens at this point." Jihoon nervously confessed as he took a sip of his boba and drew lines along the cup. Soonyoung softly smile as sat up straight.

"Well usually you'll ask questions to get to know the other." Soonyoung said as he started brain storming for a question to ask. Jihoon nodded as he began to think of a question to ask, "oh!  Are you an introvert or an extrovert?" Jihoon asked as he sat up straight and looked at Soonyoung who smiled widely.

"Believe it or not but I'm an introvert." Soonyoung stated as he watched Jihoon's eyes widened with shock, "you're joking?" He asked as he looked in disbelief at the older who shook his head and looked down at his cup of boba.

"I talk to my dog more than I talk to anyone else to be honest." Soonyoung admitted and Jihoon bit his lip to stop himself from laughing as he couldn't make fun of the other when he does the same thing in a way. "Don't worry I only have two friends and my stuffed animals hear more of my bullshit than anyone."

They continue to asked each other questions such as;

What's your favorite color?

Favorite food to eat?

What time do you usually sleep at?

Biggest pet peeve?

You know the little things you could ask a person on the first day and soon enough they finished their little treat and got up to throw away their trash and headed outside to the car. "Would you like a walk in the park for a little bit?" Soonyoung asked and Jihoon agreed with a slight nod and smile.

They hopped into the car and Soonyoung drove to the park he usually walks Latte.

"Thank you for today by the way, I enjoyed every bit of it." Jihoon said shyly as he stuffed his hands into his pants pockets as they walked up to his apartment door. They finished their walk a few minutes ago and before they knew it the sun was going down.

"I'm glad you enjoyed it." Soonyoung said as he stopped with Jihoon in front of the other's front door. "This might be the best first date I'll ever have." Jihoon said with a giggle as he tucked a strand of hair behind his ear.

Soonyoung smiled as he watched the action then looked towards Jihoon as he locked eyes with him, "who knows maybe we could go on more." Soonyoung said with a shrug as a soft blush dusted Jihoon's cheeks and he nodded his head.

"I'll like that to be a reality." Jihoon said as he smiled softly at the other. Soonyoung sighed as he didn't really want to end the night here, he enjoyed Jihoon's presence so much that he became a little addicted to it.

"Well I guess this is goodnight." Soonyoung whispered as he let his shoulders slumped at his words. He really didn't want this to end so fast. Jihoon smiled as he placed his hand onto the older's cheek and leaned up to place a gentle kiss to Soonyoung's cheek.

He pulled back with a smile, "goodnight Soonyoung." He said before entering his apartment and closing the door on a stunned Soonyoung's face.

Also I did remembered that it was Wednesday and I was going to update after my nap but my nap ended up being me sleeping the rest of the day so yea😅
