It was the first day of UA high. My first day of actual school instead of being at home 24/7. To say I was excited was an understatement. I jumped out of bed and got dressed into the uniform required for the school. I brushed my dark hair and put it into a ponytail. I carefully pulled a few strands out to be in front of my face. I quietly opened my door as by the silence I could tell I was up before either of my parents. However, when I walked into the dining room, I saw Uncle Shouta at the table drinking coffee and eating cereal. He looked like he had been up for hours already. I began making a kettle of water for me to make tea so I would be able to drink it throughout the day. I grabbed a bowl and spoon from the dishwasher before sitting down across from Uncle Shouta. I took the cereal box out of his hands then poured me a bowl of it.

"What are you doing up so early," He asked, his voice heavy with sleep as he spoke, watching me as I poured the milk.

I shrugged, "No idea." I took a bite looking over the back of the box as I have done so many times. Shouta shook his head pouring the leftover milk from his bowl into his coffee. I gave him a disgusted look.

"What," He questioned once seeing my reaction to his action. He set the bowl down and took a sip of the drink. "It's good."

"You're gross," I shook my head taking another bite. Shouta stood up from the table grabbing his empty bowl and near empty mug. I heard him place his bowl in the sink and open the cabinet.

"Peppermint or Chamomile?"

"Chamomile," I managed to get out with a mouthful of food.

"Don't talk with your mouth full you'll choke," Shouta spoke sternly while preparing my tea. I waved him off in a joking manner, finishing up my breakfast. I took the last bite standing up and placed my dishes in the sink. I put away the milk and cereal before getting started on the dishes from this morning and last night.

"Uncle Shouta," I asked, glimpsing over at the man as he poured the tea into a thermos. He hummed, raising an eyebrow my way. "Are you teaching Class 1-A?"

Shouta sighed, turning my way. He took a moment before responding. "Yes, why do you ask?" My eyes lit up at his answer. I quickly turned his way and dried my hands.

"Because I may or may not be a part of that class," I beamed, grinning from ear to ear. Shouta pinched the bridge of his nose letting out a long sigh. He mumbled something incoherently. I waved it off, draining the water from the sink and starting the dishwasher.

I heard footsteps heading towards the dining room. I glanced over at the open doorway and saw my mom dressed in her hero costume ready for work. "Good morning my lovely daughter." She said, placing a kiss on my forehead as she passed by getting herself some coffee which was mainly creamer and sugar.

"Good morning," I spoke happily, stepping around to the other side of the island. Mom smiled back at me leaning against the counter as Uncle Shouta poured himself another cup of coffee.

"Are you excited for today?" She queried, keeping the smile on her face.

I nodded quickly, "Very. I'm excited." Shortly after I spoke Dad walked into the room joining us around the island also in his hero costume. His hair was down as he hasn't fixed it up like it usually is. "Good morning!"

"Good morning sunshine," Dad rubbed the top of my head, messing up my hair as he always did when I was up before him. I smoothed my hair back out as the adult's made conversation. I took this as my que to go and finish getting ready.

I left the room and went to mine. I grabbed my phone along with some headphones and placed them in my backpack. I took a quick selfie in the mirror before turning my light out and making my way back to the adults. I sat on the couch and pet Sushi, our white cat. I hummed to myself gazing towards them. Uncle Shouta saw me and shook his head with a small smile before pointing at me and saying something to my parents. I quickly looked down at the cat embarrassed. I heard them chuckle as I looked away. I huffed getting up and making my way to the three.
