"𝐒𝐎 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐓 to talk about?" ej asks, moving the topic along once they got inside. he sits down on the couch as fallyne takes a seat across the room on her chair.
fallyne begins to smile again, remembering the pure joy she felt reading the invitation. "so.. i got an email from philip anschutz this morning," she begins, before getting cut off by ej.
"whose that?" he asks, his mind jumping straight to a thirsty guy.
"he is the director of this years coachella, he sent me an invitation to preform on june 12th!! isn't that amazing?" she asks excitedly.
ejs face immediately turns white. "yeah.. awesome." he says quietly. almost like he didn't want her to hear. "but youre not going right?"
"what? why wouldn't i? it's gonna be the most exiting day of my life, obviously im gonna go." she says, wondering why he asked a question that had an obvious answer.
ej starts trying to think of an excuse of why she won't be going, but he can't really think of a good one. "uh... because..."
it seems like a lightbulb goes off in his head. "beacuse i was planning a surprise for you that day." he says, now trying to think of surprise ideas.
"well clearly my surprise was postponed and not cared about so i think yours could be too." she says back with an attitude.
ej shut his mouth so fast before opening it right back up. "okay fuck off. i literally told you it was for management. and i said what i said. you aren't going."
"excuse me? you literally can't tell me what to do. it's my life, not yours, and this will be amazing for getting me more recognition. i am going."
"i said you're not. so you're not."
"you don't get to fucking decide! i'm going and that's final. i already responded to the email. i'm going with ally and there is nothing you can do to stop me."
"you sure about that?" ej asks, fixing his position on the couch so he could easily stand up if he wanted.
"ej stop. i'm going to go. i'm sorry if you feel bad about that and i feel bad that im suspending your surprise but at the end of the day this is the best opportunity i will probably ever get in my career and i need to take that step forward."
he rolls his eyes, "whatever. i'm going out."
he stand up and walks toward the garage, grabbing his keys from the hanger on the way. he then opens the door, not daring to say goodbye before getting in his car and driving off.
what the fuck? he's been gone for 3 days, including their fucking anniversary, and now he's just leaving again? this is absolutely ridiculous. falynne was seriously starting to get fed up with his whack ass behavior.
and a new instagram post from isabella definitely didn't help.
