"So does it just hatch randomly, or do we have to do other things for it to hatch?" Theo asked Marcella, who sat on a chair feeding their youngest son. His question made her giggle.

"Well, normally, they can hatch when their mothers nest with them, but we place them in the baby's cradle to form a bond, and then we place them in the fire. We don't do anything except place a little drop of our blood on the egg, 'Fire and Blood'."

"Huh, that is pretty interesting," he muttered, making her laugh softly and making him smile at the sound. It was soft and light, making the space feel happy and calming.

"How is our son?" he asked, picking up Helena, who was waking up from her nap.

"Hungry little guy, but the maester said he is growing well and soon he can start soft foods," Marcella replied, covering her breast as Baelon unlatched.

"soft foods? I know nothing of children."

"Soft foods, the cooks will make them; it is mainly what Helena eats: smashed bananas, sweet potatoes, apples, and peaches," Marcella explained, cheering slightly when Baelon burped.

"There we go; that was a good one," she cooed before handing him to Theo and taking a fussy Helena, who calmed quickly, making him pout.

"Any word from your sister?" he asked, smirking as she scoffed, rolling her eyes.

"Last I heard she was in Storms End being hosted by the Baratheons; she has been gone five months and still no word of a match."

"She still has a few months; perhaps she will find someone," Theo offered, making her giggle.

"Gods help who ever does marry her," she mumbled, setting Helena down on the quilt so she could crawl before jumping when Theo slapped her buttocks, making her glare at him and making him laugh.

"I saw you got a letter from Daemon; is he okay?" He stated and questioned, watching as a soft but sad smile appeared on her face while she busied herself with making the messy bed. "

"Apparently father sent a letter to him, so he sent one back congratulating us on Baelons birth and expressing his happiness for us, and he also expressed that he would like to meet all three of the children as he hasn't had the chance to meet Aegon or Helena."

Before either of them could say anything else, the door opened, taking both of their attentions. They saw Grace and Alice enter with a smile as they bowed a little.

"Hi, we have come to take the little one," Grace said quickly, making her way to Helena, who giggled when she saw the blonde making her squeal. She could never get over how cute the little princess was. As she tickled Helena, the brunette handmaiden Alice, made her way to Baelon, cooing at the little prince before Theo handed him to her.

"Baelon has been fed and burped; he probably will nap soon; he will need to do some tummy time; not too long, obviously; and Helena has been fed, but she is in a growth spurt, so she is more hungry often." Marcella ranted slightly with a large smile.

"Very well, princess, they are in good hands; we assure you that," Alice promised gently.

"I know if my children are with you two, or Claire and Elinda, they are safe and taken care of. Now I must go see Aegon before the council meeting," Marcella said, kissing both of her children's heads before kissing Theo's cheek and leaving the room with a quick bye.

"Where to?" Ser Caleb asked as he fell into step with her, "Aegon's he should be awake now."

The two made their way down the hall before an ear-priced scream echoed through the hall, making them pause as Caleb grabbed his sword and stepped in front of Marcella.

"That came from Aegon's chambers," Marcella muttered before grabbing the skirt of her dress and running to the sound of the scream, quickly making Caleb rush after her.

They reached the young prince's chambers as a maid ran out of the room and into Marcella, clearly panicked.

"Claire, what has happened? Where is Aegon?" She asked, grabbing the girl's shoulder as Caleb ran into the young prince's chambers, stopping when he saw the sight just as Marcella ran into the room, running into his back.

"Aegon," she said, looking around the room before laughing when she saw what had startled the maid and her guard.

"I have a dragon, mama," Aegon whispered as he sat on the floor, not wanting to frighten the little dragon in his lap, especially after Claire did.

"I see that Aegon is beautiful—nearly as gold as the sun," Marcella said, approaching them slowly as the dragon, no bigger than a young cat, lifted its head.

"How did this happen?" she asked, kneeling in front of him.

"I woke up and saw the egg was cracked, so I grabbed it out of the fire with the thingy and put it on the ember bed, and it hatched just a few moments ago," he explained, giddy with happiness, making her giggle before gently rubbing the golden and pink dragon heads.

"Well, as your mother, I feel the need to reprimand you for messing with fire even though you are not allowed to, but I won't because you officially have a dragon, my boy. This is wonderful, but he needs a name," she stated, sending him a look that made him look down, seeing the scolding and proud look.

"Sunfyre," Aegon decided after a moment.

"Sunfyre? Is it a great name, but why that?"

"You said he was as gold as the sun, so he is named after his mother and mine because Bluefyre is his mama and your dragon, so his name is Sunfyre."

Marcella's heart warmed as she looked at her sweet boy, who was engrossed with his dragon, who was soaking up the attention he was receiving from the boy.

"Well, I think that is a wonderful name, Aegon," she concluded. Just someone else walked into the room—well, two people, Viserys and Otto, who smiled at the sight.

"I have a dragon," Aegon announced to the two men before looking back at his dragon.

"Yes, you do, Aegon. Does he have a name?" Viserys asked, chuckling to himself as he walked up to the two.

"I named him Sunfyre."

"Now that is a good name," Viserys said, nodding his head as Otto chuckled.

"Can he stay with me?" Aegon asked, looking at Marcella, who sighed.

"He is a dragon; Aegon is no dog or cat; he can't stay in the castle," Marcella said, making him pout.

"But grandpa told me that you carried Blufyre on your shoulder until the king made you leave her at the dragonpits." He argued, making her send a look to the lord, who was chuckling and avoiding her look, before she sent one to her father.

She took notice of how he didn't say father but called him king; it made her frustrated. Her father promised to care for and love whatever children the high tower brought forth in their marriage, but he hadn't done that.

"Fine, you may keep him in the castle, but you have to watch and care for him until he gets the size of a normal dog, because when that time comes, he will go to the dragon pit, where he will be with his mother."

"Yes, thank you, mama," the little prince cheered, kissing his dragon's head.
