This entire thing was kinda rushed because I just remembered that it was abby's bday...😓
Anyways here's a silly little lore dump: Octopus cookie ended up purifying the sacred pearl just like in the canon timeline, but unlike the canon timeline they never left the city. Yes they are aware that the other regents couldn't give less than two shits about them but they decided to do nothing about it because they're too attached to the city or whatever. The stress continued to boil up until they FINALLY snapped and killed those fuckass regents. Now they're a depressed, reclusive tyrant who rules over what's left of sugarteara and kills mfs they don't like.
It's edgy as hell I know, if I get attached to this costume then I'll most definitely rewrite the lore :p
