Chapter 3 Doing Business

Shane's POV

Once we filled out the papers joey caught me staring at him , so I quickly look back at my paper so I can pretend to fill out the papers. I tell joey," Hey joey do you want to go grab lunch at Mendicino Farms?" He said," But don't we have to fill out the papers" I explained how I was getting tired of filling out the papers and that I was hungry. Also I wanted to spend time with him so we can catch up on what he has been doing lately. We both leave never to look back again and get in the car.

Joey's POV

I looked at joey so he can know that I knew that he was staring at me. He stops and " pretends" to fill out the papers. I was getting a cramp in my neck from all this paper work. He says to me if both of us could go out to eat and then he explained that he's hungry and tired and so was I. So we both leave and get in the car together.
