"You could try and get to sleep by drinking some hot milk or close your eyes and counting sheep" mum was saying
"Mum what about if I'm scared of sheep" I replied
"Then count goats" she answer
"But goats might eat me" I started to get scared now
"Fine then count bears" she was getting very cross now
"Ahhh not a bear" I screamed
"You can't be scared of bears you are one!" She yelled at me
