CHAPTER [2]

[ Morning ]

Pete is arranging their packed clothes and putting them at the back of the car, while Way is in the front seat taking photos of herself. When Pete finished putting all his things, he immediately got into the car and sat down. He saw Way busy on his phone, so he asked.

Pete: What are you doing darling, why are you so busy with your phone?

Way: It's nothing, I just posted the pictures I took earlier. Why?

Pete: Nothing, But you should include me in there.

Way: Okey², Let's take a photo again..

Way took a photo with Pete, for a few seconds when Way was about to press the button on the camera, Pete suddenly called Way and when he turned around Pete suddenly kissed him, Because of what Pete did, Way's eyes suddenly widened greatly due to shock.

Way didn't realize that it was already captured, so Pete took the phone and checked, because of what he saw, he chuckled.

Pete: You're so cute Way.

Way: Delete that. [ Blushing ]

Pete: Why would I delete it?

Way: Nothing just delete that.

Pete: I will delete this but I will save it first on my phone.

Everyone is working inside the garage because of the upcoming race competition, everyone is there except Way. When Babe arrived at the garage, he suddenly went to the locker to change clothes. After he came out, he suddenly wondered why Way was not there. He immediately went to Charlie and asked.

Charlie: Oh! P'Babe you're here, come here and help me first.

Babe: Charlie, do you know where Way is?

Charlie: P'Way? Mhm? Don't you know yet?

Before Charlie could speak, Alan called him immediately.

[ Inside the Car ]

Pete: Way are you sure about this? We can go back there if you want. I also understand that the race competition is very important for you.

Way: Pete don't worry, The race competition is not important to me anymore.

Pete: What?

Pete parked the car on the side of the road and spoke to Way who was worried and confused. Way suddenly grabbed both of Pete's hands and started smiling.

Way: Pete, I've decided for a long time, my plan is to win the competition and tell everyone that I'm quitting.

Pete looked at Way as if he was worried and sad about Way's decision because of Way's decision many questions crossed Pete's mind that would make him sad.

Pete: Way, is it because of me?

Way: No Pete, don't talk like that, it's not your fault okey.

Pete: I'm sorry Way.

Way: Pete listen okay, it's not your fault, that's why I decided this for my future and for both of us. I want to be with you Pete I want us to have our own family, spend time for each other. I also want to experience what I have never experienced before. So please don't blame yourself Pete.

Pete couldn't stop crying because of what Way said, he suddenly kissed Way and hugged him tightly.

Pete: Way I thought you did all this because you were forced to me.

Way: No Pete I never do that..

A few minutes ago, Pete still didn't want to let go of Way

Way: Pete, let's go.

Pete: No I want to stay like this. [ Hugged tightly ]

Way: Pete c'mon it's getting late. If you don't want to let go I will grab some taxi.

Pete: Okey², give me a kiss I will continue driving.

Way: No I will not do that.

Pete Okey so we stay here until tomorrow.

Way couldn't stand Pete's rudeness anymore, so he immediately kissed Pete on the lips and returned to his position.

Way: Are you happy!? [ Annoyed ]

Pete: Yes darling, I'm very happy. [ Continued his drive ]

A few hours later, Pete and Way finally reached their destination. Way and Pete got out of the car and got their things, then went to their reserved room. When they arrived inside, Way immediately laid down on the comfortable bed because he was so tired. While Pete is outside getting the things left in the car. When Pete entered inside, he saw Way lying on the bed and sleeping peacefully. He approached it and woke it up because he had not yet cleaned his body and had not yet eaten.

Pete: Way, wake up.

Way: Pete, Can I take a rest for a moment. Please.

Pete: No, You need to take a bath, so get up now.

Way: Aren't you tired?

Pete: I also get tired, you know. But my tiredness goes away when I'm with you.

Way: Yucks.

Pete: Okay, it's better for you to stand up and come with me, I'll accompany you to the bathroom.
