Lila woke up with the sunlight in her beautiful brown eyes. She got out of bed before going downstairs and cooking herself two scrambled eggs and a piece of toast. Once she was done eating she went into her room and changed from her fluffy pants and tank top into some spandex shorts and athletic shirt. She slid on her running shoes before going into her living room and stretched herself out. Once she felt ready she put her long brown hair into a low ponytail before she walked out of her childhood home and slid her earbuds in.
She ran down the street as she listened to music, trying to relax herself. Running has became part of her routine in order to stay in shape and healthy. After a couple mile run she headed back to her house. It's been around two and a half hours since she woke up and now was 1:30. She walked inside and took her headphones out before she headed to the bathroom. She took off her sweaty clothes, took her hair down from her ponytail before jumping in the shower. She washed her hair and body before she got out of the shower and dried herself off. She wrapped her towel around her chest before she brushed her teeth, hair then did her makeup.
She then walked into her room, that had many posters, and things from her childhood. She dropped her towel before she looked over herself in the mirror. She slid her hands over her hourglass figure before sliding her hands up to her large shoulders. She sighed a bit before her eyes went down to her thighs which the insides were covered with stretch marks. She shook her head a bit trying to avoid negatively commenting on herself before she got dressed into her work outfit. She slid on her black pencil skirt before she tucked in her white button up shirt. She then slid on her skin toned tights and her black vest over her head. She lastly slid on her heals before she grabbed her purse, phone, and keys. She walked out of her house before she got in her car and drove to work.
Once she arrived, she went inside from the back door. She put her things in her locker before she locked it and went to work. She always made sure she was kind and friendly to her customers, no matter how things went. Soon at one of her tables, the hostess sat a man at. She walked over to him before speaking with a friendly smile. "Hello sir, how are you doing today?", She asked the man in a sweet tone.
The man looked into her eyes with his pearl blue eyes. He gave her a small smile before he said, "I'm doing well. I think I'll start out with a glass of your house wine". He looked down at her name tag, reading it before he finished on saying, "Jessica". Lila kept her smile before she nodded. "Okay sir, I'll get that right away", she said before she turned away from him. She walked into the back before she straightened out her name tag that read 'Jessica'.
Lila walked back out to his table before she set a wine glass on his table and poured his glass of wine. She held the bottle as she straighten up and asked with her smile. "Is there anything else you would like at the moment?", she asked. He man looked back up at her before he picked up his glass of wine. He stared at it for a moment before he swirled it, seeming like he was thinking about her question. After a moment of waiting he said, "I think that will be all for now". Lila nodded before she said, "Of course sir". She then began to step away before he said, "Why are you working here? Wouldn't you much rather be a dancer?" He asked.
Lila was a bit off guard before she turned back to him. "Excuse me?", she asked. He looked up from his wine glass before he fixed his suit as he repeated himself, "Wouldn't you rather be a dancer then working here? Isn't that why you went to that dance school after high school?", he asked. She chuckled a bit nervously, confused on how he knew that. "I think you have the wrong person. If you'll excuse me". She said before she quickly walked off.
Lila did not understand how he knew that. She shook it away her thoughts before she went to her other tables, not letting that bother how she served her other customers. She felt eyes on the back of her head as she was speaking to this group of male customers. She looked around just for a moment before she caught the man's gaze. He didn't seem very pleased as he ran his hand through his tidy blond hair. She looked back at the men she was with before, finishing up with them before going over to his table.
"Was there something I could help you with?", she asked with a smile. She felt his eyes look over her body which sent a bit of chills down her spine. "Yes Jessica". He said plainly before he tapped his empty wine glass with his large finger. Lila quickly understood before she nodded and said, "I'll be back in just a moment". She walked off before she came back with the bottle of wine and poured his glass.
The man fixed his suit which was clearly tailored to fit his muscular but thick body. "I have an offer for you", he stated. Lila looked at him with a bit of a confused look but did her best to hide it. "And what is that sir?", she asked curiously. He looked up at her before he said, "I want to give you everything you want. You can still live at home if that's what you please, but I want to take you on dates, and give you everything. I'll fill your deepest desires if you only let me". He finished while he watched her with a very serious look.
Lila was a bit shocked but she just smiled at him. "As much as I appreciate it, I'll have to pass. Thank you for the offer sir", she said before she started to walk away. "Consider it Lila", he stated before he pulled out his wallet and pulled out several hundred dollar bills before he put a piece of paper with writing on top of it. "In case you change your mind". He continued before he stood up. Lila looked over him with widened eyes. She looked down at her name tag which still read 'Jessica'. She looked at him before she said, "Who are you?" She asked quickly.
He looked at her before he chuckled a bit familiarity, "Someone who still wants to give you everything he can". He said before he walked out of the restaurant. Lila looked at the money and note before she picked it up. She went and put the money where it was supposed to go before she put the note in her pocket.
She went on to serve her other tables, trying to forget about her interaction with the man, but he seemed too familiar. Once it was midnight, her shift was finally over. She grabbed her things from her locker before she headed home. Once she arrived she grabbed her mail and went through it as she walked inside. She threw some junk away before she opened one about her debt she had to her dance school. She sighed as she read over it. It stated 'Hello Lila. This is just a reminder that if you do not pay your debt, we will have to take legal action..' she stopped reading after there. She threw it in the trash before she sighed and plopped herself on the couch. She kicked off her heals as she tried to relax.
The flashing of a red light coming from her home phone caught her eye. She slowly reached over and played the message that came through the phone 'Hello Lila, this is doctor Heather, your mother's doctor. We are sorry to inform you that your mother's cancer seems to be progressing faster then we thought. We want to change what we're doing for her but we need you to sign off on it. I wouldn't be asking this but this seems like the only way to help her as of now. It would be an additional five thousand dollars a month. Please call me back or come in and visit. Your mother misses you. Thank you'.
Lila's face slowly grew into a frown more and more each word she spoke. She clenched her fists as she screams at the top of her lungs before it slowly turned into sobs. She lifted her knees to her chest before she wrapped her arms around them. She cried into her knees as she tried to figure out what to do. She knew she couldn't afford her mother's new medication, she could barely afford the medical bills now. She has to pay for the water, electricity, and food here, but now the schools threatening to sue her so she could not ignore her debt anymore. She could not give up on her mother, not after everything she has done for her, but she could not ignore the other two factors.
She needed to make a choice on what she was going to do. She then remembered the man from before. She slowly took the note out of her pocket before she read over the name 'Roman'. She looked over the phone number but she wasn't sure if he meant what he said. Would he really fill her every desire? What would she have to do to get that? There was only way to find out, she thought before she picked up the house phone and dialed the number.
