You and Lila got to the store shortly later. Between the two of you you were able to get everything fairly quickly.

"Why'd you get ice cream?" you ask beginning to put stuff on the belt.

"Hot chocolate floats! They're so good." (I highly recommend!!)

"Sounds like something you'd like,"

"Speaking of which are we going to a party tomorrow or?"

"Wasn't your man throwing one?"

"Was he?"

"Guess we'll have to ask Joe when he comes to pick us up,"

Lila wiggles her eyebrows at you as she taps her card on the screen to pay.

Where'd you park?

You look around the parking lot and spotted him pretty easily.

Y/n:
Nvm

Lila put the bags behind Joe before climbing in behind you.

"How'd you sleep?" Joe asks giving you a small smile in greeting.

"Good! I dreamt about you," you flirt back.

You watch Lila scrunch her nose in the mirror.

"You must feel much better today," Joe chuckles.

"Facts. I think being cooped up on the train was lowkey draining my life force or something," she exaggerates in reply.

The rest of the ride is in a comfortable silence Lila giggling here and there.

"This is all you missed yesterday," you assure Joe.

"Stop talking shit to your man Y/N. I would NEVER. The betrayal," Lila says briefly looking up.

"Y/n can you do me a favor once we get there?" she adds after a short silence.

You raise an eyebrow in suspicion but nod your head in agreement anyway.

A few minutes later and you guys arrive.

"Joe you're a pretty good driver, dude," Lila speaks suddenly getting out the car.

"What's that supposed to mean?" he asks.

She shrugs as she walks ahead of the two of you carrying the bags. She knocks on the door and Berlin opens the door letting everyone in.

Him and Joe dap each other up and then he heads to the kitchen to help Lila put everything away.

"I missed you," she says suddenly giving Berlin a hug.

You and Joe share a look both biting back a smile.

"Everyone else should be back or down here any second now," Berlin says as Lila breaks the hug.

"Oh shit Y/n I almost forgot come here please," Lila pouts.

"What's up?"

"Can you look at my back I feel like I have a welt or something?"

"You don't wanna move to the bathroom or something?"
