Boruto and Sarada are training to achieve a combined justsu. Because the chunin exams were coming and they were participating. Sarada will use one of the fire jutsu and Boruto will power it up even more with wind style. So far everything was good until the fire dragon jutsu came. When Boruto add his wind style in to fire dragon it loosed some power and doesn't look or function like fire dragon. So they were pretty frustrated. After a while the decided to take a break and Boruto layed on Sarada's lap and slept for a while. Sarada on the other hand was reading a book and simultaneously block sunlight hitting Boruto's face. While this was happening Sasuke came.
Sasuke : how is your training going
Sarada : so far so good except for fire dragon
Sasuke : I see. But you will have to wait longer to master it cause I will be taking Boruto with me for some days
Sarada : where are you going, and why do you need Boruto
Sasuke : I am going to find a new hawk cause my current one is becoming old. I am planning on training Boruto so he could become better. This will help him to learn more about the life of a shinobi like me.
Sarada : so how much days will it take
Sasuke : finding hawk is simple enough it will only take 3 to 4 days but cause I will be training him it will take about a month.
Sarada : (her smile faded and a sadness appeared on her face. Cause this is the first time a long time that Boruto is gonna be away from her and a month felt like a year but she just nodded) ok. Boruto wake up
Boruto : wha- huh uncle Sasuke. What are you doing here
Sasuke told him about the trip he was a bit sad but shrugged it cause he wanted to become stronger. So he walked to his home and Hokage office to tell goodbyes. After that they made their way out of the leaf.
Things happened just like in anime with finding the hawk.
After finding hawk the stopped at the side of a lake and Sasuke started teaching Boruto fire dragon and Boruto being the quick learner he is mastered it in about two weeks. Sasuke taught him this jutsu cause he can understand the shape of fire dragon. Total it took them about three weeks.
They were returning and because they were early no one expected them. Sasuke went to his house and Boruto went to his. On the way Boruto found Sarada walking around with mitsuki and cho cho. So he went to them when he did Sarada hugged him immediately. He happily returned the hug and greeted mitsuki and cho cho. Then Boruto invited Sarada to the training ground and the together perfected the fire dragon jutsu. They went to Boruto's house and Sarada fed Boruto the onigiri cause Boruto was playing video games. This time Himawari came and she sat on Sarada's lap and Sarada fed her.
THE CHUNIN EXAMS WENT GOOD WITH BORUTO AND SARADA TEAM WORK, AND UNLIKE CANNON BORUTO DIDN'T CHEAT AND HE AND SARADA TEAMED UP AND WON AGAINST SHINKI WITH THEIR COMBO JUTSU'S. AFTER SHINKI WAS BEATEN BORUTO LET SARADA WIN. AND SLIGHTLY AFTER THAT MOMOSHIKKI ATTACKED. THE REASON I WROTE IT LIKE THIS IS BECAUSE I AM STARTING MOMOSHIKKI ARC NOW. AND I WILL BE UPLOADING EVERY 2 TO 3 DAYS
