Naomi was at Hanna's in a wheelchair trying to keep the sticker on.
"Why are you taking that off" Aria asked. "I'm not I'm trying to keep it on believe me I don't want to see the autograph that's under it and I definitely don't want Mona seeing it and asking me questions" Ava said.
"Well, we can get you another sticker" Spencer said. "Yeah, this time why don't you try something mellower like save the planet" Aria said.
"Hey there were not a lot of choices okay it was either Humpty Dumpty or Jesus is coming look busy" Spencer said.
"Well, I definitely didn't want Humpty Dumpty" Naomi said and looked under the sticker checking and sighed it's still there. "I was hoping I was imagining it" Naomi said.
"Naomi, Naomi don't okay" Hanna told her. "Don't look at that just look around you cause you're safe you're here with us and you're alive" Spencer told Naomi.
"Well, I thought the same thing in my hospital room turns out I was wrong" Naomi said.
"You know what's going on with Noel Kahn is he, A have you talked to him" Hanna asked Aria.
"No, I avoid him I keep telling him I'm busy, busy freaking out every time I look at him" Aria said.
"Yeah, well being run over by him" Naomi said. "Who got you these flowers" Emily asked. "I'm not sure they were there when I woke up maybe a secret admirer" Naomi said.
Then suddenly Naomi's phone rang, and she looked.
"It's Mona can someone roll me somewhere else so I can deal with her if I don't, she'll rush over here" Naomi said. "Sure" Spencer said doing so.

"Are you sure your parents won't mind me staying here for a while" Naomi asked Spencer.
"No of course not hey my house is yours okay" Spencer said. "Okay" Naomi said as she smiled at her.
"Hey is this all the meds they gave you" Spencer asked her. "Yeah, some meds I couldn't take" Naomi said. "Why not" Spencer asked. "I uh took it before and it didn't help" Naomi said lying.
"Oh okay" Spencer said and Naomi got a text. Once she looked and saw who it was from, she made sure Spencer didn't notice.
Naomi looked at the text and sighed. "Pills, pills, pills a little trip down to memory lane don't you think - A" the message said.

"You guys go ahead I'll get Hanna's assignment" Aria said to Naomi, Emily, and Spencer.
"Hey if you talk to her ask her why she didn't come in the one in the wheelchair kinda curious why she didn't come" Naomi said and Aria nodded.
Emily, Spencer, and Naomi left with Spencer rolling Naomi in the wheelchair.

"I'm just not sure I wanna be there" Emily said. "It'll be fine just, make sure Maya doesn't do all the talking, you know she starts going over a cliff you grab the wheel" Spencer said.
"Try not to worry so much Em" Naomi told her. "Spencer, Emily, wait up" Mona said getting their attention and walked up to them.
"Hey sissy you mind if I have a moment alone with your friends" Mona said to Naomi.
"Sure" Naomi said confused rolling herself away leaving them alone and Mona made sure she wasn't in hearing distance.
"I just found out that Hanna's mom got some bank thingy in Scranton and won't be home too really late so I wanna do a surprise party for Naomi there you know welcome home Naomi, sissy for me obvs we love you with or without your spleen I talked to Hanna and she's fine with it" Mona said.
"They didn't take out her spleen" Emily said. "Really oh then I'll just change the theme" Mona said.
"Shouldn't you know this she lives with you" Emily said.
"She's been staying at Spencer's easier to get around I'm guessing" Mona explained.
"Mona I'm really not sure your sister's up to hosting a bunch of people at a party especially at a house that's not hers" Spencer said.
"Oh, please she's been socializing with IV bags and bedpans she'll love it if you guys don't want to come, I'm sure she'll understand my sister is very understanding" Mona said before leaving.

"So, where you, going after this" Hanna asked Mona. "What are you talking about" Mona asked.
"Mona, you basically rolled me all the way to your car and then here just to help Hanna study in a Friday night that's not like you and math if all things I hate math your up to something" Naomi said.
"Oh, don't be so suspicious sissy I'm not up to anything besides I never said math I said I would catch Hanna up to speed" Mona said.
"Up to speed she only missed one day something is going on" Naomi said. "Speaking of which why did you miss" Naomi asked Hanna.
"Something came up" Hanna told her. "So can we discuss Claudia Rice" Mona asked.
"I don't know who that is" Hanna said. "Me neither" Naomi said.
"Yes, you do in fact you both do skinny, skinny jeans won't wear anything unless it's tight enough to make blood come out of her ears" Mona said and looked at Hanna giving her a look as they looked outside.
"Whoa what was that" Mona asked. "What was what" Naomi asked.
"Mona and I just saw a shadow at my door" Hanna said as she moved Naomi. "No wait what are you to doing Mona, Hanna" Naomi asked as they went to the door.
"Are you dumb don't open the door call the police" Naomi said. "Oh, hush twin" Mona said to Naomi.
"Mona, Hanna don't" Naomi said and Hanna and Mona opened the door at the same time.
"Surprise" Naomi heard a bunch of people say as they walked in, and she automatically knew it was a party. Hanna then made her way to Naomi smiling.
"You let her throw me a surprise party at your house" Naomi asked.
"She talked me into it plus she said if she threw it at your house, you would figure it out" Hanna said.
Naomi shook her head before she noticed Noel causing Hanna to look at who she was looking at and noticed it was Noel.

"You look like you rather be anywhere else" Mona told Naomi as she went to her.
"Come on sissy lighten up I thought you'd enjoy it" Mona said. "No Mona it's great just a lot you did not have to do this" Naomi said.
"What of course I did I love you you're my sister you deserve this" Mona said and Naomi sighed.
"Now lighten up and have fun and don't worry there's punch and Dr Pepper your favorite" Mona said before leaving.
