Prologue

"As part of your punishment, you'll be separated to a different 'world' to help your 'creator',"

White. That's all I could see ever since I've confined in this room. With my arms seized by chains, I only could hanged my body. I've lost my strength just by struggling against it.

Maybe this is my punishment after all. After all I've done in the Third Period, I just thinking to atone it. But it was too late.

It was my fault everything is like this. It was my fault that I couldn't protect my loved ones. It was my fault-

He surrendered. It was my fault.

Or so I thought. I don't know.

In my breakdown, I heard the foosteps. I looked around. There's nothing. But I could heard those footsteps.

From the afar, I could see a person walking to my direction. I only could identify the person as a 'he'.

When he got closer, I started to see his features. White coat, blue cuffs on the end of his sleeves, short and tidy blue hair and his face-

The person stood in front of me now. And I finally see his face.

He looks like me....

The person opened his mouth, want to speak. "Gallerian Marlon, isn't it?" his voice were a robotic male voice. He warmly smiled to me.

"It was a nice to meet you. I'm KAITO,"

The Hall of Alighieri

I walk slowly inside the hall, with my small hands holding my 'picnic basket' firmly. It has been a while since I've been in here. Around 100 years old? 1000 years? 10000 years? A millennium(I got it confused with 10000 years)? All I knew it was a very, long time ago.

Krein walk along my side happily. He seems happy to see the hall again. Krein, he were a demon that could turns into a red cat. He has a black choker on his neck, that I found it amusing since he doesn't like to be call 'an owned cat'.

Geez, he's so prideful without thinking that is how humans thinks about him.

My hat almost fall of from my head because of the strong wind. Thank Levia I catch it in time. Seriously, this hall is wild, if you ask me. It acting like an outdoor hall while it was indoor. Like- how the heck?!

After a while, I finally met with the person that I've searched for. That time, he were talking to one of his servant before he saw me.

Krein hissed. Ah, I forgot about his histories with him. He smiled at me. "Ah, Miss Mirfield! It was nice to see you again. Wait, you aren't growing up?"

.... Ouch.

On the crossdresser side, his counterpart hit him in the head. "You're insulting her, Behemo. Welcome back, Miss Mirfield," She said as she smiles. I got confused. Is she smiled because of politeness, to see me or because she just hit Behemo.

"Thank you, Miss Levia. I appreciate your kindness for punching Sir Behemo," I said. Behemo looked at me, betrayed. "Miss Mirfield, why?!"

I giggled on his dramatic act. Levia looked at me, confused. "Very well. But Miss Mirfield, what is your reason to come to The Hall of Alighieri? Are you perhaps has any business with this idiot over here?" she pointed to Behemo.

I put a serious face. "Aren't it obvious? I knew both of you feel it too."

The Barisol 'twins' were taken aback by my claims. Oh, I'm so sure they feel it too. All gods and witches feel that.

The new malice has been reborn. And when I said new, it was not the same as the previous periods.

"I could feel 'her' near Jakoku. Or Japan, if we recalled it in the new period," I informed them. Both of the 'twins' looked at each other. They must be feel that too.

That pure evil presence. It's coming back.

I'm sure, they're there, searching for the 7 vessels. I don't know about 'her' reasons, but one thing for sure, it is dangerous.

"We need to find the 'contractors' of the seven sinners fast to bound them fast. It could prevent her from possess one of them." I said. Levia looked at me, with Behemo rubbing his head.

"We could. But we don't know who should we bound it too. What if their contractor suddenly out of control? We also didn't know who she will target too. Unless we has the seven virtues to control them." Levia express her worries.

The seven virtues. They're like a 'controller' to control the seven deadly sins contractors. They're divided into two sets. The 'Heavenly Virtues' and 'Capital Virtues'. Both of them are in the same category, but different, for me.

One being the seven heavenly virtues are being made up into two. The 4 cardinal and the 3 theological virtues with each were Prudence, Justice, Fortitude, and Temperance; and Faith, Hope and Charity.

And the seven capital virtues which are the opposite of the seven deadly sins, like Lust their opposites is Chastity, Gluttony is Temperance, Pride is Humility, Sloth is Diligence, Envy is kindness, Greed is Charity and Patience is Wrath. Even though it was 14 in total, but dividing it need to be done to prevent bad guys or bad witches stole all of them at once.

I look at the field outside. Pure green. Everything and everyone could be pure. Same as pure evil. Everyone is a sinners by their sins, especially the big one.

Sinners....

Wait.

I looked at the twin gods. "Hey, where did you put all the sinners at?" I asked. Come to think about it, the original sinners will do the job!

They're maybe was not the original sinners. But then again, they are the powerful ones and has a same level to the demons that dwells inside them. They could help.

But, will they?

Levia and Behemo looked at each other. "The sinners? Well, they right now live a life on their 'punishment' now. Gumilia has the details. Why did you ask?" Behemo explains.

Unconsciously, I smiled. "I maybe had a solution. And the keys were at the sinners." I said.

Ah. Did I has forgotten to introduce myself earlier? I'm sorry. How stupid I am, hehe.

My name is Ophelia Mirfield, the witch that dwells inside a makeshift body of Yukina Freezis.

If you ever heard of me, you probably heard me as the queen of all witches.
