The following morning, Y/n woke up with a sense of excitement and purpose. After a quick breakfast, she headed back to the Chang Gang hideout, eager to hear what Mr. K and Curtis had planned next. The adrenaline rush from the previous night still lingered, and Y/n was ready for more. When Y/n arrived, the gang was already gathered around the large table covered in maps and blueprints. Mr. K looked up and waved her over. "Morning, Y/n. Grab a seat. We're just getting started."
Y/n took a seat next to Curtis, who greeted her with a warm smile. "Ready for round two?" he asked.
"Absolutely," Y/n replied, feeling a surge of confidence.
Mr. K tapped a map of the city. "Alright, folks. Our next target is the Pacific Standard Public Deposit Bank. It's a big score, but it's also a big risk. Security is tight, and the LSPD doesn't take kindly to anyone messing with their prized bank."
Y/n felt a jolt of excitement mixed with apprehension. "What's the plan?"
Mr. K began outlining the details. "We've got a man on the inside who's provided us with the security schedule and access codes. Our best window is during the shift change at 2 PM. We'll have a 15-minute window to get in, grab what we can, and get out before the next guard arrives."
Curtis chimed in. "We'll split into two teams. Team A, led by me, will handle the inside job. That includes Y/n, Ramee, and Vinny. Team B, led by Mr. K, will provide lookout and diversion outside. Randy and Taco will be with him."
Y/n nodded, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. This was a step up from the jewelry store heist, and she were eager to prove herself once again.
Mr. K continued, "We need to be quick and efficient. No room for mistakes. Everyone knows their roles?"
The group nodded in unison. Mr. K's leadership was evident, and Y/n felt reassured by the gang's confidence and experience.
Curtis gave Y/n a reassuring pat on the back. "You'll do great. Just stick with me, and remember what you learned last night."
As they spent the next few hours preparing and going over the plan in meticulous detail, Y/n felt her nerves slowly giving way to determination. she was part of something bigger now, a team that relied on each other's skills and trust.
Finally, it was time to move. The gang piled into their vehicles, and Y/n found herself in the back seat of Curtis' car. The drive to the bank was tense but filled with an undercurrent of excitement.
When they arrived near the bank, Team B took their positions around the perimeter, ready to create diversions and keep an eye out for any unexpected developments. Curtis, Y/n, Ramee, and Vinny headed to the bank's rear entrance, where their contact had ensured the door would be unlocked.
Curtis led the way, moving with practiced ease. Inside, the bank was quieter than Y/n had expected. The shift change had left a skeleton crew of guards, just as planned. Curtis motioned for the team to move forward.
They navigated through the hallways, avoiding security cameras and using the access codes to bypass locked doors. Y/n's heart pounded with every step, but she followed Curtis' lead, her confidence growing.
As they reached the vault, Curtis turned to Y/n. "Alright, this is it. Y/n, you're on lookout. Ramee and Vinny, let's crack this open."
Y/n took her position by the door, keeping an eye on the hallway while the others worked on the vault. The minutes ticked by slowly, each second feeling like an eternity. Finally, there was a soft click, and the vault door swung open.
Curtis and the others quickly began filling their bags with cash and valuables. Y/n's gaze flicked between the hallway and her teammates, the adrenaline keeping them sharp.
Suddenly, Y/n heard a noise—a faint but unmistakable sound of footsteps approaching. She tapped her earpiece. "We've got company. Someone's coming."
Curtis cursed under his breath. "We need to move. Now."
The team quickly finished grabbing what they could and made their way back through the bank, moving as swiftly and silently as possible. As they reached the rear entrance, the footsteps grew louder, but they managed to slip out just in time.
Outside, Team B was already in action, creating diversions and blocking the main road to slow down any potential pursuit. Curtis and Y/n sprinted to the car, throwing their bags in the trunk before jumping in.
"Go, go, go!" Curtis shouted as he floored the gas pedal. The car roared to life, speeding away from the bank and towards their hideout.
The drive was a blur of adrenaline and narrow escapes, but Curtis' demon driving kept them ahead of any pursuers. By the time they reached the hideout, the tension had eased, replaced by a sense of exhilaration and triumph.
Mr. K and the rest of the gang were waiting for her, grins on their faces. "Nice work, everyone," Mr. K said. "Another successful job."
Y/n felt a surge of pride as she unloaded the bags and joined the group. Curtis smacked her on the ass as he winked at her. "You did great, Y/n. Welcome to the big leagues."
Y/n smiled with a tint of pink on her cheeks, feeling a deep sense of belonging and butterflies. "Thanks, Curtis. I couldn't have done it without you."
Curtis smiled. "This is just the beginning. Get ready for more adventures."
As the gang celebrated her successful heist, Y/n knew she had found her place in Los Santos. The thrill of the job, the camaraderie of the team, and the promise of more excitement to come made Y/n feel more alive than ever.
