segment vi; EXACTLY WHAT YOU RUN FROM YOU END UP CHASING

Y/N saw himself in the next village over. Scratching his head in the rain of it all. The sun lacked it's fiery rays as usual, and instead dark grey clouds hid the fiery ball. It was a rainy day, he knew all that much. But what more of it? He was out here today with a pretty special person.

"Are...are you serious?" Y/N asked, towards a female who he knew very much. White hair, and also one who wore a serious blindfold.

She looked back at him, even though given the current situation the two were in. She nodded.

"Y-yes...I'm sorry Y/N. Perhaps another time..." Sato Gojo began. Her timid nature was usual for Y/N, but to him? She seemed more on edge this time around.

He sighed, "Well...at least let me walk you back home."

"It's not easy losing most of your clan to a Special grade curse."

Sato slightly shuddered at the mention of it, before finally giving in. She realized that at the end of it all, there was a few certain people that Y/N did care for a lot. Especially if they were grieving in the moment like Sato.

"F-fine..." She gives in. Still wanting and believed she could go through the rest by herself. But even then, internally, after everything.

She was glad she still had Y/N.

As the two began their long walk, Y/N popped up an umbrella, for the two to be underneath in within all of this rain. Sato had to stand there and watch as multiple of her friends, and families, were put into caskets and ultimately descended into the ground.

Y/N couldn't help but gaze at Sato from time to time. She was still clearely shaken up from what had happened a week ago. According to her, a special grade curse had went up and caused havoc, killing multiple and only leaving Sato.

"It must be tough...trust me. I know," Y/N proclaimed, garnering Sato's attention for the first time ever.

"I've lost my family and extended family in more gruesome ways than I can count. I have nobody." Y/N begins to tell her.

Sato doesn't bother looking at his direction as the two walk. For so long, Sato could never relate to his pain, until now, that was.

She clearly remembered when that happened too. She was with Y/N every bad step of the way. Each week was horrible for him. Horrible for her as well, it was tough to see a childhood friend descend into desolation like that.
