Viv POV:
On the week of May 3rd, both Beth and Lisa were doing vlogs that would just be put together for the video out this week instead of two separate videos. Beth said she would vlog us going to the Harry Potter set tour with one of our friends.
As soon as we were in the building, Beth started to film everything possible. At one point, when we got to the cauldrons, she filmed it, saying she could do with one herself to cook dinner even though I'm her human version of it when I stay with her. I kept making fun of Beth, calling her Lucius. When we made it to the forbidden forest section, Beth and Ingrid were in absolute chaos. I was slightly in front of them. I heard her say something, turning to see her filming "Were in the forbidden forest, Vivianne '' I had already told her not to call me that, but it didn't stop her from doing it. As we were leaving, Beth handed me the camera so that they could go on the motorcycle.
The next day, we had an interview with Shebahn. Katie was in the middle of Beth and me. Beth and I kept stealing glances at each other. I felt bad for Katie being stuck in between us. My feelings were continuously getting stronger for her, and just a look was making me smile. I was hiding most of them from the cameras, but some were still being seen. After the interview was finished, we stayed to talk with Shebahn. We said bye to Katie since she would go back with Shebahn.
When we got back to Beth's, she got a call from the Sushi Crew group chat asking if she had anything planned for her birthday. She said that no plans were made that she knew of. I was barely paying attention until I heard my name: "Viv, do you want to come with us to celebrate Beth's birthday at a rooftop restaurant?" "Yeah, why not" "Great, we'll make the reservations now then.
After the call, we were on the couch watching random movies until I started working on dinner. After the third movie, I got up and went to the pantry to get the rice and chicken stock out. Beth came to the kitchen, wondering what I was making. "I'm making risotto for tonight," she said, "but isn't that an appetiser?" Yes, but this is filling on its own. Can you grab out the vegetable oil, unsalted butter, a medium shallot, parmesan, parsley, fine salt, and pepper?" She had set it on the table. "Can you grab a saucepan and put four cups of chicken stock in it, then put it on medium, and when it starts to simmer, put it on low?" I grabbed a pan and put the diced shallots and vegetable oil in it, sautéing them for three minutes after the butter melted. I pour 1 ½ cups of rice into the pan to coat it in the oil and butter. I slowly incorporated the chicken stock, only adding more once it was absorbed.
We were just relaxing until the food was done cooking. I had made a simple risotto without the wine in the original recipe. I was letting the rice soak up the last bit of chicken stock before serving it. I went to stir, then put the rice in the bowl, calling Beth to come to the table. We had random conversations until we went to bed.
A few days passed, and it was Beth's birthday. I let her do whatever she wanted, even if it drained me. It was her day. The reservations were made for 8 p.m., and when we got there, it was relaxing and allowed me to charge my social battery.
Beth was having the time of her life, but once dessert came, we settled down to take a picture that would later be put on Instagram.
Beth came back to my house, and not long after, she got a call from Jen asking if we wanted to join her on a trip to Ibiza for her birthday and be back by the 21st so we could attend an international camp, which would be the last one before the euros. We agreed, and she said we would be leaving on the 11th in two days.
When we got to the airport, we found out that between 5 and 8 more people would be arriving as well. Most of them were our teammates. We would stay at a resort that had lots of things that could be done there; they even had their own club as well as restaurants.
