After I was done I went outside to see sylus outside with a motorcycle and he's wearing a biker jacket. And the way he's leaning Damn daddy! Wait what am I doing? I must have been really drunk to make a deal with thismonster.

He looks at me without saying a word when he hands me a biker helmet "Are we going to experience the sights and sounds of the
N109 Zone?" | asked him.

"Do you have nine lives? Curiosity killed the cat." He said starting up his bike.

"Then I shouldn't go." I went to hand back the helmet.

He walks up to me and takes it and put it on my head tightening the straps. "You like to bargain, don't you?" He gets on his bike puts on his helmet while using his evol to put me on the bike "But you're not yet qualified."

He starts driving his motorcycle and he was going very fast I almost fell off "Are there no speed limits in the N109 Zone...?!"

He didn't answer all he did was drive until we got to the place he wanted us to go. I still don't know where the auction will take place.
Sylus walks up to me "If you want to stay out of trouble, behave yourself inside."

"And if I refuse?" He answers by using his evol on me "it hurts"

There we see a shopkeeper who was working "Who is it? If you want to order something, bring your own Protocore. I won't accept anything that isn't high-grade." Shopkeeper asked sylus didn't answer but sat on the chair and picked up some tools "Mr. Sylus?
You don't usually do surprise visits."

"got you a guinea pig. It's time for your Evol Linkage Alteration project to have a living test subject"

"Wait... You want to alter me?!" | asked as I turned around to leave but to no suprise sylus used his evo! to shut the doors. You bastard.

"In that case... let me take a look first." The shopkeeper said as he leads me to the chair to test me.

I obliged as he tests me "Sir, you're not actually going to alter me, right? I'm just a normal Evolver."

"Trying to bargain with me is pointless. No one can change Sylus's mind." He said looking at the screen "You have the Resonance Evol?"

"Did they do anything while I was gone?" Sylus asked the shop keeper.

"Nothing too dramatic. Just two explosions-one in the northern suburbs and one in the Bloomshore District."

Bloomshore District? This is related to Grandma.

"They just made a bunch of shoddy products. I overestimated them." Sylus said.

"And after doing those shameless things and making a mess, then they want you to be their scapegoat."

"What are you talking about?Someone else made those two explosions happen?" | asked in confusion.

"Oh dear, you look disappointed." He said. "Instead of searching for the truth, you'd rather swallow a lie that makes you feel better."

"I'm afraid she's not a suitable recipient. Her Evol Linkage is completely normal. Only the strength's been suppressed." The shopkeeper said.

"Did someone put in a suppressor?" Sylus asked.
"I don't think it's physical."

Sylus stands up and walks up to me "It's not my fault. I can resonate just fine with others." I said to him.

"And that thing I asked you to alter...How's that?" Sylus asked the shop keeper.

"It was difficult, but the maximum energy burst value has been increased tenfold." The shopkeeper opens the door to reveal a wanderer That's the "little thing"?! "Are you really going to use it?"
